Serey started off his career here as a Product Specialist and has moved up to the position of New & Used Vehicle Manager, and has been in this role for 5 years now. He loves what he does here, and feels the best part of his job is seeing the smile on clients’ faces when they leave with their new vehicle. I went to Capital GMC to purchase new vehicle, these boys were more than accommodating to my EVERY need and want. When it came time to test driving they even took turns coming with me to be sure I knew of al were more than accommodating to my EVERY need and want. Serey and Justin educated me on everything I needed to know when buying a car. I'm not a car guy so I have no idea what I'm looking for when I'm buying a car. Visit #1. We arrived at Capital GMC and were greeted by Justin Hoffart. Made us feel welcome. Following some product research and narrowing we returned set up a test drive. We were introduced to Serey Uy. He was friendly and efficient in his product test drive preparation. We were satisfied with the vehicle and decided to make an offer. Serey presented our intentions to his Sales Manager, Fred Petrowich. After a couple of back and fourths we were walking away. Fred was fair, firm, and friendly. Reconsidered, returned, and met Fred's final offer. Agreement set we were introduced to Finance Manager, Jessica Peppler. She was friendly and efficient. All in all we had a positive buying experience. We would send positive referrals to all of those we dealt with. More

I gave the salesmen the features I wanted in a vehicle and the price range that I wanted and they did exactly that. Never given any thought to the vehicle I purchased but they let me take it for a spin an and the price range that I wanted and they did exactly that. Never given any thought to the vehicle I purchased but they let me take it for a spin and it had all the features I wanted at a decent price. The finance manager was excellent. The gentlemen who helped me were professional and courteous. Definitely recommend this dealership due to their great staff! More
