I have nothing but good to say about KJ at Finch Hyundai. He made my dream come true of a red Kona. He found exactly what I was looking for even though it was not on the lot. Customer service has certainly gone downhill in the last three years. When I leased my vehicle in 2019 I was extremely happy with the sales associate who went above and beyond. Unfortunately he is no longer three years. When I leased my vehicle in 2019 I was extremely happy with the sales associate who went above and beyond. Unfortunately he is no longer with Finch Hyundai and everyone I have had to deal with to buy out my lease has been subpar. From the receptionist to the sales manager to the financial services manager. I had emails ignored, was ignored in person while the receptionist talked on her cell phone on a personal call, and did not have my ownership mailed to me as promised. When my husband had to drive into the dealership from out of town to pick up my ownership he was subjected to employees swearing across the parking lot at each other, the receptionist ignoring him and talking over his head, and the ownership not being left at the front desk for pick up as promised. Absolutely horrible customer service all around and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone. The only positive for the dealership is that their service department is very friendly and I have only had positive experiences with them. More

Don’t waste your time at Hyundai! I tried to lease a Sonata 2022 base model (preferred). They have HARD credit checked me without informing me!! Even when it is not crowded, it took over 2 hours to fini Sonata 2022 base model (preferred). They have HARD credit checked me without informing me!! Even when it is not crowded, it took over 2 hours to finish the process!! They are even not as busy as other brands! They didn’t know what to do and we had to wait for 20mins outside till the salesperson grab the keys! They wasted one week of me and at the end they told me they can't give me a leased car! Only finance! Their finance managers (Jameel and Clint) also don’t know their job and can’t estimate the customer’s situation!! After 3 days they told us that I need a co-signor! And even when I introduced one of my friend with great credit and PR, they refused to give me a lease!! Many of my friends with my situation (newcomer) could have a leased from Toyota and Honda. I have a full-time permanent job with great salary FYI! Not only they didn’t give me a lease, but also lowered my credit SCORE!!!! So disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. I have to go to work in 2-days (in person) which I can’t take a bus. I may lose my job because of HYUNDAI!!!! More

Great saleswoman and service. Kept me up to date with videos of car and when to expect it’s arrival. Followed all safety Covid protocols and felt comfortable in the dealership. Steph was genuine and got videos of car and when to expect it’s arrival. Followed all safety Covid protocols and felt comfortable in the dealership.
