Baught a brand new 2013 ram there this week. Salesman josh was great and very knowledgable about the truck. Got a decent price after a tough negotiation. I was scammed by the finance man. Bugged and bugged to buy the extended warranty or the rust protection package which includes a wax job that's good for 10 years according to the finance guy Sam. Well I didn't go with the extended warranty and after 10 mins of him begging me to change my mind I decided to go with the rust protection package which was 1300. It included an undercoating. Polymer based wax and some kind of rust inhibitor that goes on under carriage. I was rushed when I had to pick the truck up since I was travelling. I noticed that there was never any wax applied because I could wipe dust off the truck with my finger. The only spots I noticed e undercoating wax was on the doors. Nothing underneath or on tailgate. I believe they did not do anything to the truck which I paid for. I mentioned it to sales guy he claimed he knew nothing about this product but he was sure they did it. I am 99.9 percent positive they didn't. Apparently according to Sam if I see one spot of rust in next 25 years they will replace the part it's on. We will see how that works out. Like I said I was in a huge rush with my wife and child and couldn't stand to argue if it was actually done or not. I would recommend this dealership but don't buy anything extra and watch every move they make. I don't trust Sam or the guys in garage the sales people were great very nice to my wife and two year old son. More

Further our conversation i visited the dealership and met with Josh, he was very honest, thorough and patient with my mother and I as it was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own. He made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and bet any other dealership that I had went to on pricing. We were then referred to Sam who worked with us on the financing. He was to very patient with us and gave us a lot of information on warranties etc. Sam was always available when I called him the 100 times. I was surfing the internet comparing prices at Chrysler Ram dealers. Found myself always coming back to Peel Chrysler. No other dealer could seem to even come close in price for a new Ram truck. I live app Ram dealers. Found myself always coming back to Peel Chrysler. No other dealer could seem to even come close in price for a new Ram truck. I live approx one hour from Port Credit. I had talked to Lucas Traczyk via telephone with my interests. We set up an appointment for 6PM the next evening. As to Peel Chrysler's location I realized this building was the ex-Ken Scott Plymouth dealership of which I had last visited in 1969 negotiating for a 69 1/2 Plymouth Roadrunner 440 6BBL. Sort of a trip down memory lane but that's another story. First off I don't like pushy salesmen & I thought here we go, am I just going to walk out of here with a bad memory. We walked in that door to a very courteous, friendly staff. Lucas stood up calling my first name in greeting. As we walked toward Lucas, Russ Davidov stood up introducing himself with a hand-shake & welcome. We felt completely at ease, almost like visiting old friends. As we sat at Lucas's desk comparing notes on the Ram I was interested in, Russ would give advice, etc. We were actually having a very good time negotiating , even a few laughs - "No Pressure" ! A deal was struck with all parties concerned & what a great deal it was (is). Next we were introduced to Sam Liamakeros for the warranty options,etc & final bill of sale. I was a very happy guy with my new Laramie promised ready for the next day. Coincidence or deja-vu but I knew I was going to buy a new vehicle off that lot someday. So here we are 44 years later with Lucas & Russ giving me a great deal on the Ram Laramie that I really wanted ! Really, I can't wait to get back down in their area to just drop in for a visit to see my new friends. I'd like to thank Peel Chrysler, all the staff, especially Lucas & Russ for the great deal. Like their slogan reads:"NOBODY BEATS A DEAL FROM PEEL" - A very "HAPPY CUSTOMER" ! More
