In my town there were 3 other dodge dealerships and none came close to what Peel and Sal could do for me. I was weary about purchasing a vehicle over the telephone and I did voice my concern to my sales rep.In my eyes he went above and beyond to assure me that this deal was legitimate and the numbers would not change once I drove the 5 hours south to pick up my vehicle. I contacted Rocco initially via email, and my wife and I were welcomed by Rocco quickly and professionally when we visited the dealership. Rocco and I had discussed that we were interested in a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland High Altitude Edition, when we arrived at the dealership, Rocco shuttled us down the street to their storage lot, and the Jeep was waiting in plain sight for easy access and viewing. The Jeep GC he located was beautiful; everything my wife was looking for. Rocco definitely worked with us on price and did everything in his power to help get the Jeep GC at the price we were prepared to pay. It did take a little help from the manager Bruno to finalize the deal. My wife and I are happy to say that we were able to get the vehicle below the price point we were prepared to pay. Rocco certainly did an excellent job in getting us the price we wanted. Sam in finance explained the process for purchasing the vehicle so we were all on the same page. As well we were provided with information for optional extended warranty and paint sealant, rust proof, undercoating package (No pressure to purchase). We did purchase the extended warranty and rust / paint package as it is really peace of mind in protecting our investment for longer life. We are very happy with our purchase from Peel Chrysler and the service from Rocco, Bruno and Sam. I learned through searching the internet for a particular vehicle I was looking for and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. As I walked in, Sal was the first one to greet me and he completely made me feel at ease. I can't say enough about Sal. He was outstanding! No pressure, no slick sales gimmicks, very friendly, he took the time to listen to my needs, just great accommodating service! I was welcomed by Rocco as soon as I was on the lot, we told him what we wanted in a truck an he found me something even more than I wanted. The truck he found was beautiful, he definitely worked with us on price for the truck he did everything in his power to help get the truck of my dreams. It did take a little convincing from the manager Bruno who help put the major purchase into perspective which his service was great as well. Rocco did a excellent job getting me the truck of my dream at the price I wanted. I would definitely come back to Rocco to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Once I was put with Sam in finance he explained all process and procedures for purchasing the vehicle so we would understanding all the information when it came to the purchase. As well Sam provided me with information and upgrade for the Mopar for undercoating, rust proofing, and paint sealing which definitely put into perspective of protecting the truck for longer life of the vehicle.
