John Kowack was extremely helpful to my family and I as we searched for a used car. He is very straightforward and will tell you like it is. I told him to never change his salesman style. He wasn't pushy and put a little elbow grease in making the car look clean and nice for when we picked it up. I would highly recommend John if you're looking to buy a car at Merchant. More

The salesman was very organized and efficient. He was very intent on selling me a 2004 Ford Focus, and it has proven to be the perfect car for me. As I have knee osteoarthritis, the high seats and doors very intent on selling me a 2004 Ford Focus, and it has proven to be the perfect car for me. As I have knee osteoarthritis, the high seats and doors that open extra wide make it very easy to get in and out of. The car needed quite a bit of work at first, but it was all covered under the 1-month warranty and the service department did a great job of fixing everything in a timely manner. I was given a nice loaner car for a few days. The car looks like new and is now in good condition. The financing arrangement was wonderful. My car payment is only about $123/month with 2.8 percent interest. The first oil change is free and state inspections are free for the life of the car. There is a great selection of vehicles. I have the sports edition of the Focus. It handles very well, is fun to drive and has great brakes. I feel very safe driving it. More

Wasn,t sure I was going to buy a car the same day I visited Merchants. But with the help of Bob Donati, he was able to get me into a car with reasonable low mileage and an affordable price. He took his visited Merchants. But with the help of Bob Donati, he was able to get me into a car with reasonable low mileage and an affordable price. He took his time with me to find the right car. very friendly and helpful. Didn,t feel pressured or rushed to buy anything. Gordan also from sales was very friendly and easy to work with. He helped me finance my car and get the best rate, that was in my budget. Overall I am completely satisfied with my experience with Merchants and would recommend them. Bob is a wonderful guy. He had a very friendly, no pressure way of selling a car. I came in and told him what we wanted, and we walked out with what we asked for. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Bob was great to work with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in what we were looking for. He wasn't pushing us away from what we wanted. It was fast and easy to get our SUV. Steve and the service crew were awesome! I went back for my 2 1/2 month old oil change, checked in on Steve to see if he received his grapes for working with me to get the car I wanted/deserved (yes, he wi my 2 1/2 month old oil change, checked in on Steve to see if he received his grapes for working with me to get the car I wanted/deserved (yes, he will get you the car you as long as you CAN afford to bring him a bag of grapes) and they checked everything on my car! It didn't cost me more than $20 bucks and it still runs like a beauty! The service I got at Merchants was not only a friendly smile from Steve, (and some great conversations) but a team that is willing to work for YOU! Finally! A place that cares! Thank you EVERYONE at Merchants, still a HAPPY customer, (BTW I'll be back to buy the mercedes in the showroom...lol). Thank you STEVE!!!!! I truly do LOVE my car!!:-) More

I arrived at Merchants to look at possiblities of purchasing a used vehicle with the hopes that I would be able to work with them on a unique situation that has arrised from being taken advantage of purchasing a used vehicle with the hopes that I would be able to work with them on a unique situation that has arrised from being taken advantage of at MA dealer... Steve worked hard and diligently to get the vehicle I was looking for and trade in the vehicle I was upside down in... I got into a newer vehicle with lower miles and was able to get out a bad loan given by another dealer... I will defintly go back to Merchants Auto to work with Steve Dudley when I am looking to purchase another used vehicle.... He went above and beyond what any other Used Car Salesman has done for me at anytime throughout my life. Steve has compasion for his customers!!!!
