I truly was not as satisfied with Merchants as I was hoping I would be! I thought the amount of pushing that occurred during our time looking for a vehicle was very unprofessional. We were made to feel hoping I would be! I thought the amount of pushing that occurred during our time looking for a vehicle was very unprofessional. We were made to feel like we had no choice to go with the vehicle we did, and it was over our budget that we reminded him about several times. Not only was there issues with the car within an hour of us taking it home, but they weren't in a rush to get it fixed, but as soon as it was called several times to get the loaner car back. They were aware of my work hours from the beginning and with me getting out of work at 6 pm just about every day it'd be difficult to get it back before 6 pm. I did my best and wasn't able to get there until the next day at 5:45, & was called again a few times while I was at work where they know I'm not able to use my cell phone. Overall I think they're too pushy & care more about what's going in their pocket then what we're spending from ours, hard earned money & your family's safety. Very disappointed and once we're finished paying off this car we will absolutely not be returning here for our next family vehicle or for my fiances car next month when he's ready to buy. The entire situation and the way we were talked to/treated when we ATTEMPTED to return the vehicle, well within the proper return time, has rubbed me the wayyy wrong way! I will not be recommending!! More

Was told I would get military discount and first time buyers discounts off the price of the vehicle and that never happened . I asked the salesman Jared Dobins who stated that in order to get my deal don buyers discounts off the price of the vehicle and that never happened . I asked the salesman Jared Dobins who stated that in order to get my deal done they discounted the suv already but the online price was identical to what I paid so I lost out on 1250 in discounts . And i asked for a 3 rd row vehicle and he showed me a regular suv and stated when I asked about it . He said I don’t care what you want I’m gonna sell 5 cars today no matter what so I’m showing you what I can get financed . Even though I found 4 vehicles with same mileage and 10k cheaper he stated they couldn’t do it . But he was just in a rush to get to next customer. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I sold cars for 2 years . Wont ever go back they false advertise and push push push More
