Check in staff seemed overwhelmed with too many cars. However they were polite and very helpful. The shuttle car used was so dirty and old. Could use a cleaner vehicle for transporting customers. Terrible Overall Experience 900 dollars to replace a valve cover gasket. Charged 3 percent to use a credit card. Charged over 100.00 to determine what had to be done. Oil leak was the issue but valve cover gasket. Charged 3 percent to use a credit card. Charged over 100.00 to determine what had to be done. Oil leak was the issue but oil was left half empty, oil cap lid not put back on 2 bolts left on my windshield shelf. Be using you guys for 15yrs. Never again More

I had an absolutely terrible experience and am so very frustrated with the service at Jim Falk. I brought my truck in after making an appointment two weeks prior and the truck sat ALL day at the dealershi frustrated with the service at Jim Falk. I brought my truck in after making an appointment two weeks prior and the truck sat ALL day at the dealership with absolutely no diagnosis and not one person looked to see what was wrong. I spent all day without a truck and as a single mom it's very difficult to figure out picking up kids and drop off without a car. I got my truck back at 2pm with them saying they hadn't had any chance to look at it and wanted me to come back the next day but I couldn't because I had work. I have had this experience many many times with worse and worse issues on my truck. I bought my GMC sierra from the dealership and it has caused me so many problems. I wish they would just take care of the issues with the truck so I don't have to bring it back every month. More
