Terrible Overall Experience 900 dollars to replace a valve cover gasket. Charged 3 percent to use a credit card. Charged over 100.00 to determine what had to be done. I had an absolutely terrible experience and am so very frustrated with the service at Jim Falk. I brought my truck in after making an appointment two weeks prior and the truck sat ALL day at the dealershi frustrated with the service at Jim Falk. I brought my truck in after making an appointment two weeks prior and the truck sat ALL day at the dealership with absolutely no diagnosis and not one person looked to see what was wrong. I spent all day without a truck and as a single mom it's very difficult to figure out picking up kids and drop off without a car. I got my truck back at 2pm with them saying they hadn't had any chance to look at it and wanted me to come back the next day but I couldn't because I had work. I have had this experience many many times with worse and worse issues on my truck. I bought my GMC sierra from the dealership and it has caused me so many problems. I wish they would just take care of the issues with the truck so I don't have to bring it back every month. More

Never returned my calls, had me bring car in and it wasn't even looked at by mechanic until the third day, after waiting over 3 months for the part they had forgotten to order the gasket and trans flui wasn't even looked at by mechanic until the third day, after waiting over 3 months for the part they had forgotten to order the gasket and trans fluid so that involved another week delay. There was a total lack in communication from them and the only way I could ever get an update on my car was to make a 40 minute trip into town to present myself in person. I have owned GM products since 1964 and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a GM dealer. More
