Aleiya Rosales in the Service Dept. was very nice and took great care of me! However, one of the mechanics was out on leave on the day of my appointment, and after waiting for a couple was very nice and took great care of me! However, one of the mechanics was out on leave on the day of my appointment, and after waiting for a couple of hours it became clear that the other mechanic would not be able to complete all the jobs scheduled for that day. We had to reschedule and come again on a different day. Our appointment should have been rescheduled ahead of time. Also, wait times are too long! Three hours for a job that takes 1 hour to complete! More

Shortly after i purchased a Chevy the windshield wipers stoped working and the ac stoped blowing cold air, the windshield wipers we broken for 5 months aswell as ac but I was charged over 4000 to get the w stoped working and the ac stoped blowing cold air, the windshield wipers we broken for 5 months aswell as ac but I was charged over 4000 to get the windshield wipers to work after many diagnostics cost and multiple parts and months yet alone driving with out them. I feel very taken advantage of from the service center. More

I made an appointment for a recall on my vehicle. They could have ordered the part and then scheduled me to come in when the part was ordered. Instead, I made an appointment for my recall, I arrived They could have ordered the part and then scheduled me to come in when the part was ordered. Instead, I made an appointment for my recall, I arrived and then after about an hour they called to inform me the part needs to be ordered. This seems like something that would save both you and your customer a lot of time. On my previous visit they mixed up my appointments and accidentally cancelled my appointment. It was for two separate vehicles. Staff should be focused on the details more. I called about a Chevy appointment and not about my Hyundai appointment or vis-versa. I honestly don't know the woman's name that I worked with. They weren't very inviting/welcoming. This place overall is not very organized. More
