Always a great experience Everyone I meet at this dealership is very friendly and they all want to help the customer. They also go above and beyond - for example I think it was Karen who found out that I wanted new floor mats but didn't want to pay for a full replacement set. She went on a hunt and found some that were already at the dealership. I was able to get the set for a better price. The only trouble I have is with the phone system. You have to know the number for the person you want to talk to, and if they aren't there you have to leave a message. I would prefer to have an option to connect with another customer service person rather than have to wait for a call back. Just a suggestion. More

Trouble in Tenesee Rob, 08 RX 350 Experienced 3 sensor lights come on in bad weather in Tennessee mountains, returning from vacation, spoke with Romeo Rob, 08 RX 350 Experienced 3 sensor lights come on in bad weather in Tennessee mountains, returning from vacation, spoke with Romeo the service adviser who took the time to explain my options and possible problems and that if I could get to a dealer- contact him any time with the codes to verify the diagnosis. I was extremely impressed with the manner in which Romeo showed concern and professionalism toward my frustration with my drive-ability issues. Customer service is alive and well at Lexus of London!!! Thanks again Romeo! Made it home safe More

I've never been treated with so much respect and general kindness. From my first experience with my sales rep Stephanie, to Adam, Romeo and the rest of the service department. I've never passed an employee in (or outside) the building that didn't smile and say hello. AMAZING! That's about all I can say. I truly think that every Lexus dealership in the country should look to London as an example! Thanks guys, customer for life! More

Excellent Having purchased a RCF in December I was so pleased with the overall experience that I went back and purchased an NX for my wife. Sue Vincent and Alan Calvert bent over backwards for me on this deal and I certainly will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus product. Can't do better! The reception desk, run by Rhonda, is efficient and friendly. Even if you know how to make a coffee in their machine, she will cheerfully help you. All of the service advisors are friendly and helpful, and make the visit much less painful! All work seems to be done efficiently and well, and the car-cleaning crew does a great job. It's a nice extra to have the car returned looking like new. Thanks! More
