A pleasant experience We leased a vehicle here six years ago and bought back the 2013 RX350 and still enjoy it today. Always got excellent service from Romeo. We met Sue Vincent who closed the sale on a 2018 RX350 which we are waiting to be delivered. We found Susan to be very knowledgable and professional and pleasant to deal with. More

Made appointments all over the city to find a new car, went to bmw,acura and mercedes before going to Lexus-BIG MISTAKE!! Rick was the best by far! Was on time for my appointment, had the car ready to go and gave me an hour for my test drive. Which I understand is something you would expect from any dealership, but was not my experience on Londons automile. (mercedes told me I had 10 mins and it was on empty with the gas light on, with 4 days notice and a scheduled appointment) Rick made it very easy to ask questions and bring up any concerns that I had with getting to know the vehicle. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More

An excellent experience all round. Just purchased our Lexus NX300 from the London dealership. Rick Watson started us off on our journey which was professional, but also friendly and s Just purchased our Lexus NX300 from the London dealership. Rick Watson started us off on our journey which was professional, but also friendly and so knowledgeable on the Lexus vehicles. A super fellow who gave us as much time as we needed with so much patience when helping us with our choice. We feel he went over and above in the treatment we received. We do have one issue but will talk in person to Rick when we meet up with him for our first service. We were introduced to Alan Calvert and the same is to be said for Alan, and then once we were ready to pick up our Lexus we were introduced to Natalie Marsh who was able to explain in full detail all the technical inclusions of our vehicle; she was amazing and nothing being too much trouble for her to explain. We felt as though these people were not just selling vehicles, but wanting to make sure their clients were happy and able to come back at any time, whether just to say hi and share in a coffee with them or to have their vehicle taken care of in the future. We would not hesitate to recommend London Lexus to any of our family or friends. More

Very convenient scheduling and loaner car options for us busy people that can't always do a M-F 9-5 appointment. I couldn't imagine taking my car anywhere else, even for the most routine maintenance. Natalie Marsh were very generous and professional with my wife and I in handling and addressing our needs. Since we are 80+ it was quite a challenge to understand all the details, but we are confident that with their help we now have the info and if necessary the backup needed. The whole experience was very professional and we would recommend them to our friends. Thanks More
