Back in 2015, I purchased my first used Lexus from Rick Watson. The service and professional attitude Rick provided was incredible. It was so great that my parents, who vowed never to visit a "new" car dealership changed their mind. Fast forward 3 years, I'm back and Rick not only got me a great deal on the trade-in of my previous Lexus, but also got me a great deal on a lease of a new 2019 Lexus IS. Whenever I am in for service, if Rick is around and sees me waiting, he always comes by to say hi. I always value Rick's honesty, his desire to look out for the best interests of his customers, and his concern to get you in the right vehicle for you, and not just trying to make a sale. I've recommended him to people in the past, and will continue to do so into the future. Looking forward to getting my next Lexus from Rick in a couple years! This attitude not only applies to Rick, but to the team at the Service counter. Romeo is always quick to greet you, and is always up front with what my vehicle actually needs versus what can wait or is not necessary. I had an instance in January this year where my blower fan died, thus leaving me with no heat. Romeo was able to squeeze me in the next day, give me a loaner, and get everything repaired by the following week. Always a pleasure dealing with him! More

GREAT CAR - GREAT SERVICE The reminder for the required lube & filter maintenance for my 2014 GS - F-Sport appeared on my in-car nav display and on the windshield sticker. My S The reminder for the required lube & filter maintenance for my 2014 GS - F-Sport appeared on my in-car nav display and on the windshield sticker. My Service Advisor, ROMEO NISSAN quickly booked me in and I mentioned that the rear bumper cover had acquired a large black scuff mark (from parking lot damage), that I had been unable to remove. My GS was returned to me an hour later, serviced, washed & wiped and the scuff mark had been 99% removed...and without charge. Romeo Nissan is great representative for this dealership and is a true car guy who loves exceptional cars and understands car guys and has been a great help to me in adjusting my GS to my particular preferences (e.g. disarming/reprogramming Lexus factory-default settings, etc.). More

I have seen and felt the vehicles transition in 4 years that has left me very pleased that I made this choice . This purchase was a stinger for the team to meet , however it was , done quickly and with great professionalism. I have known Sue for 4+ years and she has not changed much ,. Sue is a comfortable person to be around, and to talk to .She was always very accommodating to get the answers to my odd questions. Sue is a no stress and no pressure lady, we have all had that baddd purchase experience with the nightmare team. This wont happen with Sue and the rest of the crew. Thank you for a good experience . One last and very important item.The delivery ... We all know the excitement and the fun taking the keys. Nathan was a great guy that took me thru the vehicle and made me feel comfortable asking the same question . It was the best delivery experience I have had in my years of buying vehicles. An upsetting defect handled in a most satisfactory manner One year after purchasing my 3rd Lexus RX (used 2015 RX350), the multi-function display failed at 92K KM and exactly on the last day of the 4 year wa One year after purchasing my 3rd Lexus RX (used 2015 RX350), the multi-function display failed at 92K KM and exactly on the last day of the 4 year warranty period. This is a very, very expensive repair. Meeting with the service manager Adam McCallum, he agreed to look into what he could do to address the issue and cost. A week later, Romeo Nissan, my service advisor contacted me to inform me they had arranged to have this unit replacement at a much reduced cost. I have been a client of Lexus of London for 16 years and have always felt as if I was a special client. I am also delighted at the professionalism of their staff. My experience with this latest issue is confirmation of that impression. More
