The Best Service Department Since I became a Lexus driver about 8 years ago, I have used the Lexus of London service department. The Service staff are top notich - knowledgeable, Since I became a Lexus driver about 8 years ago, I have used the Lexus of London service department. The Service staff are top notich - knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, quick (but not in a rush). They greet you by name and without being 'gushy', they can't do enough for you.
