Saturday Service Rodney was very friendly first thing on a Saturday morning. He gave me a time frame for the completion of the work. First, he kept me informed of the progress, secondly, he beat the time frame by 30 minutes. There is one concern that is an Acura issue. The 2018 Acura MDX has a hesitation in the transmission when you start from a dead stop. My understanding is there is not a fix for this yet. What happens when my Acura Warranty expires and this issue is not corrected? More

Great Service, Honest Service Department I have been going to Jackson Acura for almost 4 years now and they are hands down the best Acura service department within the Metro Atlanta Area. The I have been going to Jackson Acura for almost 4 years now and they are hands down the best Acura service department within the Metro Atlanta Area. The Service Manager, Rodney Jones, manages a great service department and they are always transparent to what needs to be completed and DO NOT use scare tactics or a pushy sales approach to gain more business, like many other service departments do. If you have an Acura, this is the only service department you need to take your car to for peace of mind. Thank you Jackson Acura team! More
