Lacks Customer centricity! I took my business to another Acura dealer where their service personnel don’t have nice glass offices and the difference is day and night! True care for their customers and it shows from the time you walk in there. I also ended up buying a new MDX from the other dealer as well! More

Nick is absolutely a delight to work with, very knowledgeable and competent. He's my go to guy in the service department. I always get a friendly greeting from Rodney Jones - it's no wonder he's in the leadership role he has at the dealership. It's always great to see Reggie Hammond too - he sold me my Acura TL and several cars for me, my family, and friends over the years. Jackson Acura is the #1 reason I want to continue to drive an Acura after more than 20 years! More

Always excellent I’ve had my Acura’s all serviced at Jackson since 2009. Service alway excellent.
