Told by chrysler canada I bought a used vehicle, so it didnt qualify. I knew it was to be registered as a demo, but had 0 miles on the odometer. When i complained told me they would suit me. They have much deeper pockets than me, so I let it go. I will never buy from Peel again. More

Talk about going back on your word After a long process of negotiating we finally came to agreeable terms I was asked to sign a document to "lock in" this price as the dealership was cl After a long process of negotiating we finally came to agreeable terms I was asked to sign a document to "lock in" this price as the dealership was closing and there wasn't time to do a full deal that day, they then proceeded to take a $2000 deposit and asked for the ownership of my current vehicle to be signed over to them. I asked for copies of these documents and was denied, first sign I should have ran. There was a mistake made with the features of this car and the Saleperson Rocco took ownership of an honest mistake and after dealing with managers we came to agreement to split the cost of the feature.(I must say Rocco was great through this process however management leaves a lot to be desired.) Great everything done, not so fast when I was going to finalize the deal the number we had "locked in" had miraculously gone up by $1000. When I questioned the managers I was told they never agreed to it and they would only do the deal for more money. In my opinion if we signed a "locked in" price which I might add was offered to me not an offer I made them and they accepted my money and ownership transfer the deal was already agreed to. They offered me the deal at more money and when I refused and requested my original deal I was yelled at by the manager, not how I feel I should be treated by somebody in customer service. Very unprofessional management staff and have no shame in changing the price on you later. I would recommend you find another dealership. More

Great Experience I went to this dealership because i heard they could beat the price of my local dealership. It was no contest, Rocco found me a Ram truck to my specif I went to this dealership because i heard they could beat the price of my local dealership. It was no contest, Rocco found me a Ram truck to my specifications while i was in the office that day and at a much better price. My wife and i will be dealing with Rocco again this fall and i would recommend him and this dealership in general for the best deal available. More
