Bought my RAM 1500 at Peel Chrysler - great experience I went to Peel Chrysler looking for a very specific truck with specific options. Bruno de Rose greeted us as we came in and directed us to Rocco Spez I went to Peel Chrysler looking for a very specific truck with specific options. Bruno de Rose greeted us as we came in and directed us to Rocco Speziali. Rocco managed to get me exactly the truck that I wanted. His straightforward and friendly manner made the purchase experience very open and a pleasure. He was tenacious in getting my truck outfitted as I wanted and got me into my 2016 Ram in no time. Once the deal was made, Sofiane, set us up with a loan, with 0% financing (!) and as all of Bruno's people was very straightforward and friendly with my wife and myself. In no time at all the paperwork was done and we were on our way. All in all a great experience, when I am ready for another vehicle, I will be making the trip to Peel. More

I contacted Rocco initially via email, and my wife and I were welcomed by Rocco quickly and professionally when we visited the dealership. Rocco and I had discussed that we were interested in a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland High Altitude Edition, when we arrived at the dealership, Rocco shuttled us down the street to their storage lot, and the Jeep was waiting in plain sight for easy access and viewing. The Jeep GC he located was beautiful; everything my wife was looking for. Rocco definitely worked with us on price and did everything in his power to help get the Jeep GC at the price we were prepared to pay. It did take a little help from the manager Bruno to finalize the deal. My wife and I are happy to say that we were able to get the vehicle below the price point we were prepared to pay. Rocco certainly did an excellent job in getting us the price we wanted. Sam in finance explained the process for purchasing the vehicle so we were all on the same page. As well we were provided with information for optional extended warranty and paint sealant, rust proof, undercoating package (No pressure to purchase). We did purchase the extended warranty and rust / paint package as it is really peace of mind in protecting our investment for longer life. We are very happy with our purchase from Peel Chrysler and the service from Rocco, Bruno and Sam. Not Impressed My experience was not very good. I was just doing some preliminary investigation to see what was on the market and for what price, when Rocco approac My experience was not very good. I was just doing some preliminary investigation to see what was on the market and for what price, when Rocco approached me. Initially he was very helpful. As I prepared to leave though he really wanted to make a deal and suggested a much lower price to get my attention - which he did. But then when he wrote up the offer he added about $1000 in additional costs which I objected to, so he revised it to the price he had originally suggested, and (you guessed it) the offer was declined and I received a counter-offer for $1000 more. We settled on splitting the difference and then agreed on a date and time for me to pick up the vehicle. I arrived at the agreed-upon time and date, and Rocco was not immediately available. When he did show up, he quickly greeted me and then started rushing around making arrangements - it was obvious the car was not ready yet. I saw him go out with a set of license plates (obviously for the car I had purchased) and then a few minutes later he came back inside and gave me a song and dance about the wash facility now being off site and they weren't quite finished with the pre-delivery clean-up and needed another 20 minutes. So I took a walk and after half an hour I came back but of course the vehicle still wasn't there and once again Rocco was nowhere to be found. When he finally re-surfaced (this is now about an hour after the time we had initially agreed on) he made a phone call and then told me they were just drying the vehicle and would be here in about ten minutes after filling it up with gas on their way back to the dealership. Well that 10 minutes turned into another half hour, and then when they finally arrived I noticed the radio antenna was still missing (I had pointed that out during the initial viewing and was told that would be corrected during the pre-delivery service). When I pointed this out to Rocco, he got a replacement from Service, but was unable to screw it in, since the old antenna had been broken off, and the broken stud was still in the housing. He told me I would have to book an appointment with the Service department to deal with this. I told him to just give me the antenna and I would deal with this myself. I then asked for the keys and was given one set. When I asked for the second set, Rocco went inside to look for them and then advised there was no second set - too bad. To which I responded this was unacceptable and I would need a second set. Rocco's position was that this is a used car, and we hadn't talked about # of keys, so this was perfectly OK. My response was - we also didn't talk about the spare tire, but I trust it has one, doesn't it? I don't know how he thinks I could be happy with one set of keys, and for a dealership to get a second set it's very simple, so I didn't see why he couldn't simply rectify the situation by offering to get the second set for me - but he refused, on the basis I had paid so little they had no profit margin left and the costs of keys would be coming out of his commission. I did not accept this and finally he offered me a $100 discount in lieu of the second set. I told him I wasn't happy with this but accepted the $100 since he was unwilling to do anything else for me. (I'm sure the dealer cost for a replacement key is less than $100 and I would have been far happier with that kind of follow-up to ensure my satisfaction). At any rate I finally left about 2 hours later than planned, only to discover five minutes down the road that the gas tank was EMPTY!! I had been charged $85 for fuel (I had no choice with this - it was added to the bill without discussion) but the tank was still empty. So I quickly returned but Rocco was again no-where to be found. I was getting impatient now since the afternoon was wearing on and now I faced the prospect of rush-hour traffic, so thankfully Bruno noticed I was anxiously trying to get some attention and after I explained the situation to him he promptly credited me the $85 I had been charged for fuel. I then left again and the first stop was to fill the tank, which costed me $65. I drove the vehicle home, repaired the antenna (which took me about 10 minutes) and over the next few days discovered a couple of other issues as well (heat wouldn't shut off on passenger side, and annoying rattle underneath car at highway speeds), but given my delivery experience, I fixed these issues myself rather than return to the dealership. So although Bruno was helpful and did his best to make things right, the overall experience was completely unacceptable and I would NEVER refer my friends to this dealership. More

There were sev I just want to tell folks I travelled all the way from an hour east of Halifax Nova Scotia to buy a new truck from Peel Chrysler . Why? There were several reasons. First it was the best price I was able to find for the new truck that I ordered. The main reason though was Rocco Speziali. He certainly knows his products. Not only this Rocco went above and beyond to help me out. Because of it being a different province there were minor complications. Rocco did more than I thought any salesperson should have to to be sure I,was taken care of. I admire his patience as there was a point that I thought I was being a pain. Rocco never once gave me any indication that I was bothersome or that it was any trouble getting through what needed to be done. The man is a prince and I found him to have an enormous amount of patience with both myself and my son who was basically working with Rocco to get me the truck I wanted. He exceeded any of my expectations . I would like to take this opportunity to thank Peel Chrysler for the great deal and most of all I want to thank Rocco for a job well done. I would recommend this dealer and especially Rocco to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle . Again Rocco if you happen to,read this thank you so much for helping to get this truck for me. More

I was welcomed by Rocco as soon as I was on the lot, we told him what we wanted in a truck an he found me something even more than I wanted. The truck he found was beautiful, he definitely worked with us on price for the truck he did everything in his power to help get the truck of my dreams. It did take a little convincing from the manager Bruno who help put the major purchase into perspective which his service was great as well. Rocco did a excellent job getting me the truck of my dream at the price I wanted. I would definitely come back to Rocco to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Once I was put with Sam in finance he explained all process and procedures for purchasing the vehicle so we would understanding all the information when it came to the purchase. As well Sam provided me with information and upgrade for the Mopar for undercoating, rust proofing, and paint sealing which definitely put into perspective of protecting the truck for longer life of the vehicle. I couldn't be happier with purchasing from the dealer the people are great and vehicles are even better. Thanks for the service Rocco, Sam, and Bruno. More
