Shane Harold is so rude and terribly unpleasant and unprofessional in his service to a first time customer. I was given an appointment to view a car, I got there for the appointment and was told the ca unprofessional in his service to a first time customer. I was given an appointment to view a car, I got there for the appointment and was told the car had been sold 15-30 minutes before, I enquired as to why I wasn’t called to cancel the appointment so I don’t have to drive for 20 minutes on the highway to their branch and Shane Harold said that their business is only to sell cars and he asked me get out! Wow 😲 More
