Hello everybody, I would like to say Shondell Thomas Brooks was the one who assisted me with the purchase of a 2011 mustang. I traded in my 04 grand am gt and 07 mustang v6. He is one of the best sales reps I've ever came across. He is very energetic and is the most entertaining person ever. He's not the type that would let you test drive the car and then come inside and try to pull a paper and do the price work. He gets out of his way and squeezes in time for you! I was never pressured into buying the car. Infact, i made my final decision on the 2nd visit there. But before that he would make a video with a run-around of the vehicle. Which made it a great buying experience as a customer. He was always friendly and offered help when it was needed. I would also like to send a shout out to Rob Tasi and Ken Shappert as well. They both were great people too, when i had questions they would answer me right away without having to wait! More

Not too crazy about the fix on the side of the car - touch up paint looks a bit shabby. Adrian - excellent on sales and follow up - meticulous. Chris - excellent delivery - very personal - wanted to ensure my happiness - nice talking to you! Rob - Great job doing your job - with a smile :) Michelle - nice enough - knows her stuff - but is crusty. Overall I had a great experience with these folks and would not hesitate to return here! More

purchased a vehicle, less then a week later called them to advise that the first gear on the vehicle pops out 40% of the time, it has happened when making a left turn causing the vehicle to stop in the mid to advise that the first gear on the vehicle pops out 40% of the time, it has happened when making a left turn causing the vehicle to stop in the middle of the intersection, which has put myself and more importantly my 2 year old in danger. At first I was brushed off and the answer I got was "It's ok the first gear pops out but the second gear is fine and that they will not do anything about it" Only after calling Car Nation and complaining to take legal action that the used car manager calls me back and tell me to drop it off for the entire day without providing a replacement vehicle that they will look into it. After an experience like that I wouldn't let them put air in my bicycle. So I took it to Dixie Chrysler and they took care of the problem and the great service that I got from those guys, I didn't care that it cost me money to fix the issue. More

If you're looking for an honest, hardworking and professional sales representative, Kaz is great. Was entertaining the potential of purchasing a used Cadillac from the dealership, however GM came back with a very attractive proposal to keep us in a lease and in a 2014 model Cadillac.
