Great experience, wonderful sales experience. Peter Bryers was great to deal with. Not pushy or always trying to close the sale. He was very knowledgeable. He used his resources well, ie auto trader and history of vehicle and comparable vehicles. Not once did he get over excited or flustered in the sales process . He was a constant professional. If your looking for a vehicle I recommend you deal with this young hard working individual that worked hard while he worked in the oilfield and wanted to be closer to his wife and kids and made a life change and not just a career change. Normally some indivduals in the sales process can seem shady but not this guy. Honesty and integrity shined through the process, Crestview dodge should be proud of one of there newest sales employee. Rob Fenske and Trisha Zimmer were the sales manager and business manager I dealt with , they were also professional and joy to deal with. More

Got my dream vehicle until it was driven off the lot Cam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked to be sure we got the best deal for what we were looking for. He kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. After bringing the vehicle home, we began to notice many of the listed selling features didn't work. The heated seats, command start, rear window defrost and, accessory plug in were broken and didn't work. One of the seat belts were broken as well. Five days after we had the Jeep home, the check engine light came on. We had found a few receipts in the glove box from the previous owners from Crestview Service Department stating that the transmission was in need of being flushed. We of course assumed this work had been done because they boast about the complete bumper to bumper used vehicle inspections they do before they list to sell anything that had been traded in. Obviously, this is NOT the case. After calling, we were told the transmission flush had in fact not been done because it passed their inspection. I am so glad I purchased extended warrant. I made it known from the beginning I wanted extended warranty but when the payment didn't work for us, they tried to convince us we wouldn't really require it because Jeeps are low maintenance. We purchased it anyway and am I ever glad we did. Needless to say, the Jeep is booked to go in for service. If we could return it and walk away, we would! This has been a terrible experience for us. Maybe their new vehicles are better? More

Got what I was looking for. Loving the new Cherokee! Have been looking (off and on) for the past few months. I went in to Crestview to check out a few different models. Origi Loving the new Cherokee! Have been looking (off and on) for the past few months. I went in to Crestview to check out a few different models. Originally thinking between the Compass and the Cherokee models. Cam took me out for a couple of test drives - no high pressure sales. The test drive convinced me that I wanted a Cherokee model (it is a more comfortable ride - something I want). Cam gave me some good information on the different versions of the Cherokee, as did the Jeep.ca website. I definitely needed both to figure out what I wanted specifically). Weeks later a Cherokee popped up on their website that was something I really was interested in. Cam handed me off to Bruce who took care of all my questions, got more information from me, and let me and my wife test drive a similar version of the Cherokee that we were considering. Rob also came over to introduce himself, and let us know about the 0% financing options that were currently going on at least some of the models. They were all good to deal with, and the all took "no" for an answer. No high pressure sales - the highest pressure was them informing me that they don't know how if the 0% will be further extended. Improvements (to make it a 5/5 - suggestions only): -The "handing off" each time I came in seemed to be disorganized - even though I had pre-planned my appointments. Perhaps review your procedure / create a procedure for when a customer comes in for an appointment and one salesperson hands them off to another. I myself understand how chaotic the sales floor can become, but this might alienate other customers. -When a vehicle comes up on your dealership website, but is still being shipped to your dealership, have something more clear in the vehicle description stating that the vehicle is still "in transit" or something to that affect. Again, it was a small disappointment when I thought I was coming to see a specific vehicle and said vehicle was not there (yet). -Related to "handing off", have a customer profile / customer notes that other sales staff can access. Again, can help with not alienating a customer with inquiries about subjects already covered with a previous sales individual. Still - most importantly - I WILL buy again with the dealership. Of course, not right away as both our vehicles are in good, working order. More

From day one, cam was very professional, patient,personable who gave us 110 % of his time assisting with our specific needs.he did not fit the typical forceful salesman we experienced in the past. He answered our questions and concerns about the vehicle which we hope lasts into the future dealings. Rob fenske was also overall excellent,professional and friendly. Honest Deal with Great Service even after the deal was final Cam was very helpful and went out of his way to complete our purchase. He even came to my house to complete some paperwork. He personally dropped the truck off at my work and made sure it had a full tank of gas after the purchase was completed. Highly Recommend him as he was open and honest about the whole process.
