Disappointed The sales experience was great. Very friendly and seemed genuine. However they lost one of the keys to my car so I only received one at pick up. The The sales experience was great. Very friendly and seemed genuine. However they lost one of the keys to my car so I only received one at pick up. The promised to order me a new key. 3 weeks later they called to say the key was in and for me to come pick it up and get it programmed. I live about 70kms from their location, about an hours drive. Due to work, hockey, family, and holiday commitments I was not able to go out there. After some discussions they finally agreed to send me the key on Dec 10. By Jan 3rd it still hadn't arrived. I was assured it was shipped, in writing! When I asked for a tracking number I received no response. The next day the key arrived by same day courier. Obviously it was not shipped on Dec 10th. I understand mistakes can be made and details over looked. But I do expect honesty. I am very disappointed that they were not honest with me. More

Micheal was efficient, courteous and went that extra mile when an issue arose regarding the pickup date of my Dodge Journey. There was an oversight regarding the ownership/license when it came time to pick up, an error made by the used car manager. I had to wait an extra two days for my vehicle which did not make me happy at all, but Michael made sure that he personally delivered my vehicle to me at my work. Michael went through every little detail inside and out and explained all the bells and whistles this vehicle has. Michael is an exceptional Salesman. He has that passion to people's feelings and loves what he does. Because of Michael, I would recommend Vaughan Chrysler to others, hoping they receive the same care he gave me. More

I went to three other dealerships that Saturday looking for a 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited and the first thing out of the salesman's mouth was, "that's an expensive vehicle". No kidding! Sirus, on the other hand said, let me show you what we have. I knew at that moment, I want to buy a car from this guy. My entire experience was awesome! Well done Sirus my 10 year old daughter really liked you and how you treated us. After all, you never know who you might sell a car. More
