Car shopping should be exciting, but I always hated it. On July the 7th of this year, once again I prepared for battle...BUT this time it was different. As I drove in to Ontario Chrysler and parked my car, a salesperson was walking by and asked me if he can help. (I thought, here we go again)...Of course I replied "Just looking." The salesperson looked me in the eye and answered: "My name is Richard Mroz you have come to the right place, I would like to earn your business, please ask for me if you need any assistance.." And earn my Business, Richard did.. Richard is very knowledgeable not only in options, trim levels, models and pricing, most importantly Richard knows what is in the inventory, on the lot. I also liked that Richard spoke glowingly about his employer and his fellow employees while showing me his pictures and awards. It was easy to tell Richard likes his job.
