I usually avoid giving full marks like this for pretty much anything, but I have to say that dealing with Richard was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. I purchased a base model with very few upgrades and it I still felt like a first class customer. When/if the rumoured Jeep Wrangler diesel becomes available, I'll be back to see Richard to buy it! I had visited dealership previously but came away without being very optimistic . I was given a referral by a previous employee to go and see richard which i done on a saturday afternoon with my wife . Richa being very optimistic . Richard was so bubbly and happy to see us as we had made an appointment , and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable . After finding out what our needs were as i was planning to order a new one he proceeded to show us a truck in stock which had more options but fitted our needs better and when priced out was quite comparible to an ordered in unit . Richard is very knowledgable about the new diesel trucks and was able to explain most of the options and after writing up a deal i felt really appreciative that we had talked to the right salesman . I would recommend anyone go see Richard for a good deal . More
