Perfect Experience I went down to Ontario Chrysler on a weekend in late May to look at some used Pick ups. Over the course of about 3-4 hours, Richard showed me everything I wanted to look at and eventually sold me on a brand new 2014 Ram. I propbably wouldn`t have purchased a brand new vehicle if it wasn`t for Richard helping me to understand the pricing and value in a new vehicle. Because of this experience, I have passed the word along to all my family and friends that Richard is the man to deal with. I will also be using him for future purchases for myself and my family. After visiting many used car dealers in our area, we pulled into Ontario Chrysler and met Ryszard Mroz in the parking lot. We explained what we were looking for and Richard found us a few cars but pointed out that low mileage would bring the price up. So he showed us a 2014 Dodge Journey 2.4L that was currently on special. We road tested it and fell in love with it. We certainly did not leave the house that morning thinking of buying a new car. Thanks to Richard"s easy manner and professional knowledge, we sat and went through the process of evaluating the deal that he presented us. The $4,000. over our budgeted price was quickly erased with the financing and warranty solutions taken into account. Richard took us to see Rajan and we closed the deal right then and there. The whole process took under 2 hours and we had ourselves a new car to be delivered 3 days later. My family had been shopping sroung for a few weeks for new family vehicle. We had a few ideas of what type of vehicle we wanted (SUV or crossover, 4wd, reasonably proced, etc...) We had looked at a few places, and when we walked into the Ontario Chrysler on Dixe, we had no intention of buying on that day. We were greeted by a very friendly Richard Mroz, who took his time to listen to our "wishlist" and talked to us about a few of the options and then took his time showing us vehicles and answering our questions. My children were with us and Richard was friendly with them as well (Which is very important to me as a parent) To cut this long story short, we ended up purchasing a beautiful used (2013) vehicle, that fit our criteria well, but most of all fit our family :-) We got a good price & great service! More

I drove into Ontario Chrysler as my 5th Chrysler Dealership that day and met Richard for the first time. I asked him if he had my specific request car, being a white Chrysler 300 2011-2013 with Pan Dealership that day and met Richard for the first time. I asked him if he had my specific request car, being a white Chrysler 300 2011-2013 with Panoramic roof and GPS. He indicated that in fact he did have a 2013 in stock. From that point on it was a matter of learning the dealership's procedures and warranties to close a deal. After negotiating with Richard and further with Robbie, we were able to come to a mutual acceptable price and consummate the deal. Thanks for the experience. More
