Incredible Service & Honesty After seeing an advertisement online for a 2012 Ford-F150 FX4 I visited Ontario Chrysler for a test drive. As soon as I arrived Richard Mroz greeted m After seeing an advertisement online for a 2012 Ford-F150 FX4 I visited Ontario Chrysler for a test drive. As soon as I arrived Richard Mroz greeted me with a smile, listened to my needs and within minutes took me for a test drive. Richard spared me from all the traditional sales pitches and treated me like family...his sole ambition was to make certain that I was happy. He answered all my inquires without hesitation...which is unusual in this industry. After our test drive we discussed what I required to be happy with my purchase. This included a few cosmetic fixes & 2 new tires...in addition he assured me that the vehicle will be reconditioned and road worthy inspected top to bottom and made safe. At this point I was extremely confident and decided to make the purchase. He took the offer back to his manager and came back with an agreement...without the traditional haggling over 100's of dollars which is customary in this industry. I was going to sell my current 2007 F-150 privately because every other dealership offered me peanuts for this truck and I knew I could get a lot more for it. Richard has his team assess my vehicle and he offered me exactly what I was going to sell it for privately. At this point I was in shock this was truly honest and incredible service...Richard Mroz who I just met was a great man that believed in making people happy. This was not an illusion this guy really cared for his customers. I left a down-payment and eagerly awaited to pick up my new wheels. The day I arrived to pick up the truck Richard reviewed everything that was done to the vehicle. The brakes could have passed certification however Richard went into his own commissions and made sure that the brakes & rotors were replaced with new parts. I could not believe Richard & Ontario Chrysler went to that extreme to absolutely make sure that I would be beyond happy. Really at this point I pinched myself thinking this was a dream...we went in to finalize the transaction and I drove away in euphoria. One other notable mention was that I hate wasting time...Richard was awesome because he realized this without me even mentioning it and provided a thorough speedy service. I would recommend Richard Mroz & Ontario Chrysler to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty without overpaying for a purchase. Lastly I would like to bless Richard & Ontario Chrysler for there excellent service to humanity. Thanks again & keep up the good work!!! More

I had it narrowed down to Eight Rams before choosing a Longhorn edition which I would say says something great about the selection. Richard helped me get the best price and met me at my convenience to finalize the sale. I was a Ford driver for 35 years and I can honestly say that my experience with Richard contributed to my switching to Dodge. It also was a major factor in the fact that I brought my daughter to buy another vehicle days later. Thank you for your help Richard. I'm happy to say that I was very pleased with this establishment and their representatives. First off we dealt with Richard and he was very polite, very sincere, and offered us a lot of options that I have never had offered to me before. He was a pleasure to work with and I walked away feeling like I got a very good deal. They let me take the vehicle to my own mechanic whom i trust, and dealt with all my issues with respect. I bought 2010 Nissan Frontier here and it runs great. They even threw in winter tires and a bed cover without having to bargain. This is a legitemate dealership, the staff are friendly and dont pressure or sell, the vehicles are good quality. I would use this dealership again. p.s. if you go in ask for Richard. Very nice man. More

Richard Mroz helped us find a beautiful Town and Country van, and got us a great deal. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. In fact, when we were out of town a few weeks after buying the car, and had an issue, we called him long distance, and he helped us over the phone to find a dealership in that area, and then followed up with us by phone again to ensure we were ok. When we need to buy another car, we will come again to this dealership, and will buy from Richard! He is a fantastic man and an asset to this dealership! More
