I felt humiliated by the employees especially Dave Pozzobon Never before have I felt mocked or discriminated against in my life, Not until yesterday as I walked out of the dealership. I shed a few tears in the Never before have I felt mocked or discriminated against in my life, Not until yesterday as I walked out of the dealership. I shed a few tears in the car, especially as I reflected on the bashing words used especially by Dave Pozzobon. He used words like " Are you an aboriginal, show me your Aboriginal card", " I can understand you, at least your English isn't broken". Nothing good came out of his mouth, as he sat there speaking to me in such a cocky and sarcastic tone. I couldn't believe a manager would speak that way to his customer.By the way, I am new in Canada (migrated from Finland in 2015 with my family) This is my story........... I went to the dealership to buy a car as I had problems with my old Ford Freestar 2006. I was introduced to Richard who will then sell me a brand new Grand Caravan 2017 for $20,000 ( $139,00 bi-weekly). Richard who was apparently just looking to sell the car never informed me that the $20,000 that I would pay for the car, doesn't include taxes, freight, and warranty, I didn't ask him the sub total because it was my first time ever buying a new car, I didn't know what to expect i.e. sub total, freight, taxes, All I thought is that the price included everything i.e . interest, thus, I thought i will only pay $20,000 as i initially told Richard. Anyway, Richard took me to the business development manager, Robert Bush to finalize the deal without letting me know the total amount. After Robert found me a financial institution (Scotiabank) to loan me the "$20,000", at that point what was left was to sign the papers. While I was in Robert's office, I kept emphasizing on the fact that I could only pay $20,000 ($139 bi-weekly), however, Roberto got me a deal for ($156 bi-weekly) and told me the price ($20,000) didn't change. Again, Robert like Richard also didn't let me know that I was going to pay more than $20,000 for the Grand Caravan after interest, taxes, insurance, freight. Apparently, this is where I felt Chrysler employees acted Unethically. As both Richard and Robert never walked me through the paper work ( the amount that I would eventually pay after applying taxes, freight, and interest fees). Robert Bush just told me to sign here and there without drawing my attention to the total amount. I got to know two days after buying the car that I will pay the total sum of $32,000 for the Grand Caravan. How did I know? I logged into my Scotiabank account to pay a bill, I noticed I have a borrowed amount of $28,000, I was very shocked to see this so I called the bank immediately. The bank told me that I will pay $32,000 interest included and asked if I wasn't aware of the amount. I told them I honestly thought I was going to pay $20,000 as opposed to $32,000 no one told me that, furthermore the bank asked me to contact the dealership and asked why didn't they let me know the total amount. Anyway, the following day I went to the dealership to complain about the fact that no one told me the "total amount". That was when I was introduced to the Dave Pozzobon who was so disrespectful and mocked me indirectly as I explained what transpired between me and Richard. He was using words like " am I an Aboriginal, show me your Aboriginal card" " " I can understand you, at least your English isn't broken" " welcome to Canada, that is how we do this here". he literally made me feel like I was nothing as he kept giving me this disdainful look. I couldn't take his sarcasm anymore so i had to get up and leave in the most shameful manner ( he didn't even extend his hand for a handshake). I have never felt so discriminated against in my life before, not until the 20th of July 2017. I hope someday Dave will experience the same feelings he put me through. More

Great sales agent, cheaters and liars in the back office I just purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee from Richard. He was very professional. He stayed past closing time so my girlfriend (who was coming fro I just purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee from Richard. He was very professional. He stayed past closing time so my girlfriend (who was coming from Scarborough) could see the car. Everything went well. Richard delivered on everything he promised. So now I had to go see the business manager (Rajan) to get the financing done. Initial conversation went well. He asked if I wanted to add various different warranty packages on and I declined. So we spoke the next day because I wanted to see if my financing was approved. He again tried to sell me the "Titan Package". I said "I'll think about it". This was on Saturday. On Monday I emailed him asking for disclosure documents on the package and what it includes. I wanted to read before buying. Didn't get a response from Rajan. So I went in the next morning to sign and pick up my new car. Went to the business office and told Rajan that I did not want to go with the Titan Package. His response was "I thought you wanted it so I included it in the contract". I asked "can you not remove it?". He said "No, as the contract is already written and he can't change it". So I stood up and walked out of his office and went to reception to and asked to speak to a manager. Richard came over and asked me what the problem was. I explained to him and he proceeded to speak with one of the Sales Managers. Richard came back and he apologized and said he will get things sorted out for me. He came back a few minutes later and said all taken care of, sorry for the trouble. After reading previous reviews here, is this how they do business here? Are we like prey when we walk into the business office where they try to jam you with products you don't necessarily need? If it weren't for Richard I would probably be shopping at a different dealership next time. More

Dirty sales tactics I bought a Jeep from this dealership and the sales person was very polite and professional during the process. When I went to do the financing, Tinu I bought a Jeep from this dealership and the sales person was very polite and professional during the process. When I went to do the financing, Tinu started out professional, then when it came time to sell me the add-ons, he was very pushy. It's what people in the industry call "jamming". He told me that the bank only accepted my application if I purchased "Gap Insurance" on my vehicle. I told him I didn't want it and see if he could do it without. He then left the room and came back 5 minutes later and it wasn't possible. I then said ok go ahead. I later spoke with a friend in the industry to find out that this selling technique is called "jamming". Tinu is crook and should not be trusted. More

Sales rep was a pleasure to deal with! From the very beginning it was a pleasure to deal with Richard, who took me seriously from the beginning of my visit which I greatly appreciated. He w From the very beginning it was a pleasure to deal with Richard, who took me seriously from the beginning of my visit which I greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable and patient. All of the staff there is great and friendly in the sales department including the finance manager Akbar. My only comment for improvement would be the detailing of new cars... not to be harsh but I could have done a better job myself. Wax swirls were left on the outside of the new jeep including inside some of the door jams. Rims were not cleaned and covered with brake dust and dirt. Also part of the PDI of this new jeep was the installation of Mopar performance pedals which were left in the trunk. Which I shall install myself. So all and all... sale department is great. Whoever manages the detailing did a sloppy job. More
