Staff consistently pleasant & professional; but this last encounter was very frustrating as it took "4" visits to solve a simple repair!!! First visit, I was called 2 hours after leaving my vehicle, only to encounter was very frustrating as it took "4" visits to solve a simple repair!!! First visit, I was called 2 hours after leaving my vehicle, only to be told....oops they did not even have the parts needed. After continued issues and 3 more visits....Turned out parts they were replacing with were defective. Not dealership's fault, but would have been nice to receive a free Oil Change (or 2) for the inconvenience More

We had a little trouble with our Chev Impala and took it into Edmonton to the Wolfe GMC Buick dealer after talking to Renee and Cory the Service people. Dropped it off at 9 am and they called at around 11 into Edmonton to the Wolfe GMC Buick dealer after talking to Renee and Cory the Service people. Dropped it off at 9 am and they called at around 11 am to say that the car was finished and ready for pick-up. The employees at Wolfe GMC are always friendly and are ready to answer any questions we had. Expert service they have a way of making you feel important. More

Our friends wife Renee who works in the Service Department referred us to Brett the Sales Manager to talk about a vehicle we were interested in. He was very informative as the vehicle had belonged Department referred us to Brett the Sales Manager to talk about a vehicle we were interested in. He was very informative as the vehicle had belonged to a family member. He had Alex A Product Specialist help us out with everything else which we appreciated greatly and Ameer The Finance Manager with the extra,s to make it happen. We had a very positive experience thanks to all of them. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone. More
