I was looking for a quad cab truck with a few options (4x4, air, cruise & automatic). I had never dealt with this dealership before. Actually my old truck was 15 years old. I dealt with Raymon and I new within 5 minutes over the phone that he would be selling me a vehicle. No BS. He found the right truck for me and gave me a price that no other dealership could match. I am over 3 hours from Ontario Chrysler so we did everything by phone and email. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready as promised. There were no surprises. I got the vehicle I wanted and more. I remembered Raymon saying " I wont keep you very long when you pick up your truck". Well he delivered as promised, I was away with my new truck within 45 minutes. If you know what you want, this is the way to buy a vehicle. Thanks Raymon for a great experience. Noel More

No matter what our concern Our experience at Ontario Chrysler was excellent. My husband and I were very well taken care of by Micki, Raymon and Rajan. No matter what our concern was Micki took care of it and we drove away very happy with our new truck. Even after we signed the papers Micki stuck with us until we were ready to leave, concerned about us and not other potential sales that he could be making. Overall experience was enjoyable. More
