Initially 3 years ago we owned an awful nissan versa that was a lease vehicle. No one in the guelph area that wee are from would help us get out of the lease without alot of "charges" involved. An old friend recommended Ralph to us at Team Chrysler. He was fabulous!! in less than a week he had bought out the lease on the crappy car (no s/c of any kind) and helped us to get a new 2010 Dodge Caravan(loved it). We found Ralph and the finance people to be very informative and yet not "pushy" in any real way. Of course they wanted us to buy but at no time did we feel pressured. It is now 2013 and we again visited Ralph to do an upgrade to the 2013 Dodge Caravan(loved the 2010 more). Again Ralph and his associates were a great help and we were on our way in no time. Ill be honest i was so unsure of this upgrade for personal reasons that i walked out justy before signing the first night. This was to me a great test of their customer service as no one made me feel bad about this. Yes they wanted to sell me a car thats what they do but I truely felt that they wanted us to be happy with our purchase more than anything. So the next day i called Ralph back and we made the deal!!! I really would reccomend Team Chrysler to anyone looking to purchase a car. P.S. I have always been a chrysler driver so it really was the dealer that sold me as i had long ago decided i was going to buy another one. More
