I saw an ad on LeaseBusters.com posted by Ralph of a Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited 2014. Since we're from Newmarket, travelling to Mississauga was not ideal but after having a brief conversation with Ralph, I was a assured that the ad was in fact correct and I can come by to meet with him that same day, After having spent some time at the dealership, test driving the car, and speaking with some reps, we sealed the deal on a Jeep Wrangler Sahara 2014 2-DR instead and were more than happy with the experience. Ralph juggled a few customers yet was so professional and treated us with the utmost respect and diligence. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, processes, and was very comforting when we were stressing out about the lease release of our other car dealer. Our brief interaction with Rich was memorable also as he was able to manage our expectations properly. They're an enthusiastic & hard working team, and genuinely care about their customers and their needs. I highly recommend Team Chrysler! Keep it up as you should be an industry example! More

What a great experience my spouse and I had at Team Chrysler!! We live in Windsor and we travelled to Missisauga to purchase a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler. The Customer Service that was provided to us just blew the Windsor Chryler Dealership out of the water. Ralph Baboolal is such an amazing guy not just a great sales rep. He is genuine, very knowledgeable and he makes you feel like you've known him forever. I truly trusted that what he was telling us was the truth and that he had our best interest in the deal. We truly enjoyed buying from him. Not only would we tell other friends and family to buy Chrysler but to buy with Ralph. Being that we traveled 3 hrs just to buy this jeep he provided us with food and water and that was much appreciated and made us feel at home. My husbad is forever grateful for the Italian flag the Ralph was able to get for him being that it is World Cup presently. The dealer itself was clean and upbeat. The GM George introduced himself upon our arrival and welcomed us. That made us feel special and welcome like we were somebody important. Overal it was a great experience no doubt about that. Now onto enjoying our new Jeep this summer !!!!!! More

First and foremost, the staff is extremely personable, friendly and inviting; they always have the customer in mind and are extremely helpful. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ralph, who is the best sales rep I've ever encountered at a dealership. I told him what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay and without a single hesitation he got me exactly what I had hoped for. He was extremely personable, professional and efficient . He had a genuine disposition, wasn't pushy and always made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was in constant communication with me throughout the deal, up until the delivery of the vehicle. Ralph and his fellow staff members are by far the best in the business, I live over an hour away and would continue to make the commute necessary to have my vehicle serviced by this dealer. The Jeep I purchased was what I wanted and Ralph and dealership did everything possible to ensure the extra options were installed and that I could drive it back home without any delays. Customer Service was excellent as they also put us up for the night and covered our gas costs for the vehicle we drove down with. Ralph was very professional and likeable and really gives you the feeling that you are his number 1 customer. His followup was also top notch. It was definitely worth the drive down and for a future drive as well. More
