From first introductions to handing over the keys, Raj was very professional, courteous and friendly. Despite the fact my wife and I were purchasing a lower end used vehicle, we were always treated like our purchase was valued and important to Raj (and Erinwood). Raj was entirely focused on our needs, questions and concerns and always with a leisurely low pressure approach. Raj's detailed methodical approach to process and customer service was much appreciated by us we were surprised he took the time to contact our insurance company to ensure they had all the pertinent information they required. It was a terrific shopping experience. Raj and fellow associates (tip of the hat for John Isaac) made taking our money less painful. Well done Raj and the Erinwood Ford team. Erinwood will be my place for Fords. To quote the Terminator ........... I'll be back !! More

I was checking out all the dealerships around the area and Raj was by far the most personable, always willing to go above and beyond to help me out. I went to 5 different car dealers that day and went back to Raj to finalize the deal because he was very honest and didn't push me hard. He respected that fact that I was going to go to other dealerships and will only return if the price and product is right. That confidence certainly made me go back to him and his dealership to finalize the deal. I will highly recommend Raj to any of my friends any day. I will definitely go back to him again for any of my future needs. More

Smooth Transaction Called in a few weeks ago for a used truck that I found online, ended up scheduling an appointment and met with Raj.
