Very please with the whole experience I inquired about a Rebel truck and met up with Ed Shor. He showed me my truck and a few others. I ended up buying a Sport with all the options. Happy with deal but could have been a lot happier Every thing was acceptable ,up to the point of purchase you could not ask for better service than we got from Anwar & Rabih and the rest of show room Every thing was acceptable ,up to the point of purchase you could not ask for better service than we got from Anwar & Rabih and the rest of show room staff the price wasn't as good as we would have liked .Had a better deal on the table else where but we liked their colors better Ok with our choice to buy it. Take your time in Finance Dept. make sure you understand the deals ?? and that it is a benefit to you!!. but then delivery, 3 1/2hours late. When it was brought it to the showroom door before I could say anything to Anwar he was getting into to the truck to take it back excess grease/lubricant/polish from around doors and tailgate, prep staff were busy!!! Don't like their dealer add on's before you see the truck easy down tailgate, bug screen etc very expensive, buy from them again Definitely But" We will be better prepared" for the Dealer add on's finance and prep depts. More
