Best Salesman! I had a great experience buying my first car from Marc Vanacker! Both Marc and Rabih Hamed were very upfront and honest from the beginning which I app I had a great experience buying my first car from Marc Vanacker! Both Marc and Rabih Hamed were very upfront and honest from the beginning which I appreciated. They didn't sugar coat anything and went above and beyond in making sure I got exactly what I wanted for my first car. Although I went into the dealership looking for a used jeep, Marc was able to propose an offer on a brand new one just above my budget which I ended up going through with. He was very professional but also very personable. I know I set him on a hunt to locate the exact color jeep that I had in mind but he was more than happy to make my wishes come true. I know I will be recommending Marc and Rabih to my friends and family. Thanks guys, I couldn't be happier with my purchase! :) More

Dianna was very attentive to our needs from the start; her quick responses to our emails were very impressive. Other dealerships that we emailed for information did not compare. We live in North York yet travelled to Mississauga to purchase our vehicle. When my husband and i arrived for our appointment with Dianna, she was with a client. Her Manager, Robbie, assisted us. He, like Dianna, was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. We picked up our new Dodge Journey this evening. What a wonderful experience. I will definitely be recommending Ontario Chrysler to our friends and family. More

I visited Ontario Chrysler twice in one week. My first I visited Ontario Chrysler twice in one week. My first visit was with Rabih (sales manager), then after that initial introduction Rabih introduced m I visited Ontario Chrysler twice in one week. My first visit was with Rabih (sales manager), then after that initial introduction Rabih introduced me to Ayman (asst.sales manager), as Rabih was in the middle of caring for a customer. At the end of the transaction,I met with Gabe(finance manager) who finalized all the details and final papers. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From the moment I walked in Ontario Chrysler, Rabih made the entire experience very comfortable, with absolutely no pressure tactics, but in the same time very informative in regards to our interest in a vehicle. To my surprise Rabih immediately requested that the vehicle of my interest be ready for me for a test drive,and asked me if I would like to test drive one. Upon our arrival back from my test drive, Rabih was busy with yet another customer, BUT immediately when seeing me come in He called Ayman to take care and further answer my questions. Both Rabih and Ayman were polite, friendly,with absolutely NO pressure.They were there to help and answer my questions and other details about cost etc. I left the dealership that evening not feeling that I was wasting both salesmans time because of not making a sale that evening, and I felt they gave me the respect as a potential customer to honor me with the choice to return if I had further questions without any pressure tactics or comments. After a few days, I called to confirm that Ayman was in,and within a short time I had made my purchase. The price of the vehicle was exactly what I had already decided to pay. Ayman did not make me feel that I was in any way taking advantage of Ontario Chrysler. Rather, He made the deal work, with out wasting my time. What a breath of fresh air that was. Rabih came to check up and see if everything was alright, and I assured Him that it was. Rabihs last words were to Ayman ,while I was sitting "make sure you take good care of him". The entire feel of my experience from the moment I stepped in , was very professional. I appreciated that the discussions were kept confidential and held in a well maintained cubicle, and I must say that there was no vulgar language used during the entire transaction, again what a breath of fresh air. Least but not last, when I dealt with the Finance manager,(Gabe) I was expecting to be pressured to purchase other items for the vehicle, but to my surprise , Gabe briefly gave me an explanation of the item, along with the benefits of purchasing it, BUT then Gabe would ask me if I was interested in purchasing it, with no further pressure tactics. I'm glad that I dealt and purchased my vehicle at Ontario Chrysler, and most of all I feel that if something is needed whether repairs or other concerns, I know that things will be taken care of in a proper,professional manner. For me, making a big purchase is always nerve wrecking . I have purchased new vehicles in the past as well, but this experience was great. Recently I purchsed a brand new 2014 Town & Country from Ontario Chrysler. It was a great experience. The sales Walid and sales manager Rabih were very friendly to talk to. They answered all my questio from Ontario Chrysler. It was a great experience. The sales Walid and sales manager Rabih were very friendly to talk to. They answered all my questions and gave me a very good price. They did not have the exact car I wanted but they managed to find one for me from a dealer which was far away from Mississauga. The car was delivered as promised with a very low milage 12 km. Also, I bought the car at the end of Nov and picked up the car on Dec 10th. Starting from Dec 3rd, Chrysler offered a new holiday bonuse. They honoured me the new promotion when I picked up the car. I was very happy. The finance manager Tinu was also great. He was very gentle. He did not rush me to sign anything and made me feel very confortable. All in all, this was a great shopping experience. I will recommand this dealership to everyone who wants buy a Chysler car. More

"Ontario Chrysler has Canada's largest inventory" - so true! Samuel Dyer was our salesperson. He is a nice gentleman - that helped us decide which vehicle was right for us. After looking at many models, we decided on the Grand Caravan SXT Plus. They had exactly the model (with all the options we needed [including colour]) in stock! Gabe Pinto walked us through the financial side - with great patience. :-) 2 days later (when we arrived to pick up our vehicle) everyone was friendly.
