Vehicle not ready at delivery and damage to vehicle !! To begin this is the second Ram I purchase from Ontario Chrysler ! The first experience was fantastic #1 !! This experience started great and then tur To begin this is the second Ram I purchase from Ontario Chrysler ! The first experience was fantastic #1 !! This experience started great and then turned sour very quickly. First upon getting to dealer on day of delivery( which I contacted earlier in the day) I am met by the salesman whom has no idea why I'm there! As I proceed to tell him I'm picking up my new truck I get told it's not ready because no one informed him I was t be picking it up! At witch time I proceed to tell him the deal is over as came 45 minutes away in the evening to pick it up. At witch point the dealership went into chaos promising me they'll have it ready right away!!! After approx 45 min I then get told that the few small request I made were not completed ( removal of running boards,decal and tonneau cover) I was then given two choices of taking it and returning(45min away one way) or them delivering it to my house! After choosing option two I proceed to go over vehicle for any damage what so ever(15min worth of looking) it was spotless except one chip on handle witch I was told would be repaired. The next day vehicle was delivered(5hours late)! I inspected my truck again to find damage on my bed(dent and scratch)!! After several messages and phone calls to which some were and weren't returned, the solution I requested of having vehicle repaired locally(dent wizard) instead of dropping off truck again or having my truck picked up and delivered again do to the inconvenience and mileage for a $125.00 repair on a ($50000.00) truck! I believe I wasn't to demanding as I believe for all the effort and time this problem could be resolved easily! Take my comments as you wish and my experience as you may, I am paying for my own repair now and want absolutely "nothing" to do with them, to bad for this experience but customer service is suppose to be #1 no matter what!!!!!! More

I most appreciate that I was not unduly taken advantage of financially when upgrading from the purchase of a Jeep Wrangler Sport S, as I realized late in the purchase process (i.e. post sales commitment) that a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited would better serve my safe towing needs and afford fme significantly more space to permit stowing outdoor gear and skis in the winter. I appreciate Robbie's outgoing post sales friendly nature, professionalism and attention, as well as sense of humour. Walid was a pure sales gentleman and extremely well natured and again very patient. I was impressed when Walid offered to come into the dealership on his day off on Saturday and in fact we met at the dealership to continue purchase discussions. I had been a long-standing and loyal Toyota 4Runner customer and Honda customer previously for some eighteen (18) years or longer. I truly look forward and hope to foster the same mutually beneficial, honest and fair relationship wit Ontario Chrysler in general and the Sales and Service teams in particular that I enjoyed previously and that we can maintain this relationship over the years to come. They didn't sugar coat anything and went above and beyond in making sure I got exactly what I wanted for my first car. Although I went into the dealership looking for a used jeep, Marc was able to propose an offer on a brand new one just above my budget which I ended up going through with. He was very professional but also very personable. I know I set him on a hunt to locate the exact color jeep that I had in mind but he was more than happy to make my wishes come true. I visited Ontario Chrysler twice in one week. My first I visited Ontario Chrysler twice in one week. My first visit was with Rabih (sales manager), then after that initial introduction Rabih introduced m I visited Ontario Chrysler twice in one week. My first visit was with Rabih (sales manager), then after that initial introduction Rabih introduced me to Ayman (asst.sales manager), as Rabih was in the middle of caring for a customer. At the end of the transaction,I met with Gabe(finance manager) who finalized all the details and final papers. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From the moment I walked in Ontario Chrysler, Rabih made the entire experience very comfortable, with absolutely no pressure tactics, but in the same time very informative in regards to our interest in a vehicle. To my surprise Rabih immediately requested that the vehicle of my interest be ready for me for a test drive,and asked me if I would like to test drive one. Upon our arrival back from my test drive, Rabih was busy with yet another customer, BUT immediately when seeing me come in He called Ayman to take care and further answer my questions. Both Rabih and Ayman were polite, friendly,with absolutely NO pressure.They were there to help and answer my questions and other details about cost etc. I left the dealership that evening not feeling that I was wasting both salesmans time because of not making a sale that evening, and I felt they gave me the respect as a potential customer to honor me with the choice to return if I had further questions without any pressure tactics or comments. After a few days, I called to confirm that Ayman was in,and within a short time I had made my purchase. The price of the vehicle was exactly what I had already decided to pay. Ayman did not make me feel that I was in any way taking advantage of Ontario Chrysler. Rather, He made the deal work, with out wasting my time. What a breath of fresh air that was. Rabih came to check up and see if everything was alright, and I assured Him that it was. Rabihs last words were to Ayman ,while I was sitting "make sure you take good care of him". The entire feel of my experience from the moment I stepped in , was very professional. I appreciated that the discussions were kept confidential and held in a well maintained cubicle, and I must say that there was no vulgar language used during the entire transaction, again what a breath of fresh air. Least but not last, when I dealt with the Finance manager,(Gabe) I was expecting to be pressured to purchase other items for the vehicle, but to my surprise , Gabe briefly gave me an explanation of the item, along with the benefits of purchasing it, BUT then Gabe would ask me if I was interested in purchasing it, with no further pressure tactics. I'm glad that I dealt and purchased my vehicle at Ontario Chrysler, and most of all I feel that if something is needed whether repairs or other concerns, I know that things will be taken care of in a proper,professional manner. For me, making a big purchase is always nerve wrecking . I have purchased new vehicles in the past as well, but this experience was great.
