2014 F-150 I had shopped around at other dealerships, bought a 2012 F-150 from one, after they screwed me over I decided to try my luck with the service departme I had shopped around at other dealerships, bought a 2012 F-150 from one, after they screwed me over I decided to try my luck with the service department at Courtesy Ford. So glad I did. While waiting for service I met Peter Rousam. I had several issues with my first truck and was curious about a new truck. Peter answered all my questions, didn't try to talk down to me and act like i don't know anything about cars. He didn't try to blow smoke up my xxx like most salesmen do. He gave me honest answers, and made sure the truck I eventually bought met my needs for towing my trailer. I would highly recommend Peter and when I am ready for my next truck I will be visiting him at Courtesy Ford. More
