I started an online conversation with Paul Silverman and told him what we were looking to do finance wise. The vehicle was for my wife. She had seen one, but hadn't sat in one much less driven one. Our Daughter who lives in the Jackson area, went by, met Paul, and he took her on a test drive and went over the details and functionality of the vehicle. Paul gave me a very competitive quote.
