Professional, proactive, upbeat. Good experience. I purchased my RDX from this dealership and it was the nicest sales person ever (Paul Silverman). He was honest, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I purchased my RDX from this dealership and it was the nicest sales person ever (Paul Silverman). He was honest, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He took care of me through the entire sales process through delivery. I still touch base with him when I am in for service and consult with him when I have a question. Relative to the service on my car, I have never had such a good experience. When I make an appointment, they are always on time. I am greeted by my service person taken into an office, discussed what needs to be done and how long it will take. They are always good about providing a status and usually meet their commitment. The service agent (Brittany-last service) was proactive, explained the service in detail. My car was delivered - washed and clean. The facility's waiting area has every amity that you could want - it is clean, quiet. Thank you for the TOTAL excellent experience. More

Great Customer Service I purchased a new Acura right before Christmas. The customer service has been outstanding! Paul is a fantastic salesperson. He doesn't give you the typical salesperson run around. I told him upfront that I just wanted the bottom line price, and he listened! I wouldn't have even have been there to purchase from Jackson Acura if another dealership had listened to me. I walked out of another area Acura dealer because they wanted to play the stereotypical car salesman games. The finance process with Joey was a breeze as well. Jackson Acura is not conveniently located to my home or work, but I drive the extra and fight the traffic because of the way they do business. More

Great people, great service at a fair price. I'm someone who does ALL his own car repair and maintenance, but now with a new car I want to make sure to keep my warranty intact and don't get as ex I'm someone who does ALL his own car repair and maintenance, but now with a new car I want to make sure to keep my warranty intact and don't get as excited about changing my own oil as I used to. The first thing you notice about Jackson Acura is that the employees like working there. From my salesman to the service writers to the lady who answers the phone, I haven't run into anyone who seems unhappy. So when I dropped off my Acura for service I had a nice chat with my car salesman (Paul Silverman) and the Acura product specialist (Don) and the service writer (Brittany). I was expecting to pay a lot more for dealer service but it was quite reasonable. The car was delivered washed, the oil level was correct, lug nut torque was within spec (I checked it with a torque wrench) and they provided a full PDF inspection report. Bottom line was that my fears of taking my car to the dealer for service were misguided, from now on I'm bringing it to Jackson Acura for service. More
