We needed to get a new truck that was able to pull our holiday trailer and for work. We knew what we were looking for, we knew what options we wanted. Orest made our experience very quick and easy. We went in on a Saturday just before closing, picked out a truck, got some numbers. Monday we came back with our trade-in, drove our new truck home. Financing was easy, low pressure. We left the dealership happy with the deal we got. We felt like we were in total control the whole time.
"Pressured into something I didn't want"
I am somewhat satisfied with my new vehicle.. The customer service was above professional but pressured into biying something was stressful because they show you used cars first instead of taking the time to gove you what you actually want. I do love my new vehicle and got really great financing but they would of saved me half the day with wasting my time on a used car.. Lucky I stuck around because with that sales person he was very nice therefore i gave him my time to show me what I really wanted but it was the wrong color so I am going to go back once again and hoping I get the car if my dreams
Good service for sales however need to be more disclosure on the warranties.
Optional GM warranty should be disclosed.. the warranty cost 4500 and seems not to
cover everthing despite saying bumper to bumper

I appreciate that the salesperson Orest, didn't try to steer me away from my objective of finding a good used car with low mileage. I explained what I was looking for and what I was able to pay and he did his best to get me what I wanted at the price I wanted. When I got them to do a couple of things to the car prior to picking it up - Orest called and kept me informed on the status. Tim explained the financing in a clear and precise manner.
