Made an appointment for what I thought would be a quick and easy oil change….I am not that lucky…. Well after two to two and half hours of waiting, the “simple oil change” was completed. During the long wa and easy oil change….I am not that lucky…. Well after two to two and half hours of waiting, the “simple oil change” was completed. During the long wait time, I was able to witness what can ONLY be described as a low budget daytime soap opera with all the work drama that unfolded. Luckily, the service center did offer free popcorn for viewing pleasure to witness the ongoing drama. During the time I spent waiting I was able to overhear an employee state “F*** this I am not working with her and proceeded to walk out”. Was able to watch multiple employees attempt to fix the coffee maker / cappuccino machine, but failed and then proceed to state “this machine is a xxx and needs to be replaced”. I chuckled to myself and kept watching TV. I also witnessed on numerous occasions a service representative, being arrogant and condescending to customers that had simple questions regarding parts / service being completed on their personal vehicles. Apparently, asking follow up questions is FORBIDDEN and each question was met with shouting and childish face making when the employee walked back to their work desk. When my car was completed I had the pleasure of meeting the only polite individual of the day so far who was the cashier. When paying another employee came over and reached over my shoulder to drop what appeared to be outgoing mail to the cashier. No “excuse me or pardon me” just reach around and dropped off the letters. The cashier shook her head and disbelief and apologized, and I replied with “you shouldn’t have to apologize for the inconsiderate coworkers. It’s not your fault”. She smiled and said have a great day and I walked to me vehicle. When walking to my vehicle the same service representative was pulling up another vehicle and apologized for the “long wait” and proclaimed she can get a five star rating. I laughed out loud and said 5 star rating for drama that unfolded during my visit. I got in my vehicle and left. I am in complete disbelief over the entire service experience. An oil change should not have taken 2.5 hrs. At most maybe 30-45 minutes, especially if I made an appointment. The arrogance attitudes and childish behavior that was portrayed was appalling. Guess customer satisfaction was not top priority that day, which is unfortunate because the ratings are generally good for this and it’s close/convenient to proximity of where I moved too. However, if this is how it runs daily I will just continue to service my vehicle at the dealership I purchased my vehicle. More

Was in for 30k svc and was chatting with my friends Seth Leifer & Jim Grace. Looked at the Crosstrek Limited and then the WIlderness. Was not planning on trading in either. Liked what I had very much so. Th Leifer & Jim Grace. Looked at the Crosstrek Limited and then the WIlderness. Was not planning on trading in either. Liked what I had very much so. The new toys available were nice. But, with the equity from my trade made the deal that much better. There were very paitent with me and walked me through the different options available to me for financing. After taking a day to play with the numbers I ended up coming back when my car was done with svc and traded it in for a new 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness. I only raised my pymt $20.. NOT bad at all for a brand new ride. Thank you AGAIN Jim Grace & Seth Leifer and Nicole Damiano (Svc Queen) You really made this a joyful experience and love how easy Lester Glenn makes the whole process so easy! Thank you again everyone!!! More

I dropped the car off for a repair. The mechanic found another problem during the multi-point inspection which was also repaired. They gave a list of things on the inspection that they recommended be serviced but left it to me to decide what I wanted done and I felt no pressure from the service them to do so. In fact they recommended to me not to do one of the things I thought needed to be done. I found Bert, Eric and Nicole to be courteous, fair and honest(the best part) and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs service on their Subaru!! Overall and awesome job, Thanks again!! More
