The serpentine belt on my car broke when on my way to a critical meeting in Virgina and DC. Because it had been replaced just weeks before, the dealership stood behind me, offered me a loaner, made it easy critical meeting in Virgina and DC. Because it had been replaced just weeks before, the dealership stood behind me, offered me a loaner, made it easy for me to pick it up even though the AAA tow wouldn't get to the dealership until after it closed, and that allowed me to make my meeting early the next morning. I truly appreciate the effort that the service department took in this case. Thank you. More

On 03/29/24 I brought my 2008 Tribeca with 58,200 miles to Lester Glenn du to various dashboard lights blinking. I waited over 4 hours at the dealer to be informed that I needed $4000.00 worth of immediate to Lester Glenn du to various dashboard lights blinking. I waited over 4 hours at the dealer to be informed that I needed $4000.00 worth of immediate repairs, including back brakes. I had no vehicle for 6 days, causing extreme hardship and cancellation of Dr appointments. On 05/07/24 while on the highway and slowing down to 45 mph and applying the brakes the steering wheel and rear of the car would shake. I returned to the dealer and was advised that I needed over 2000.00 in repairs. I took the car for a second opinion and had it repaired for less than $400.00. I’m very disappointed and upset that I was told I needed repairs which were not necessary. Being a woman, elderly and disabled I’m on a limited income and find this unacceptable! More

I haven't had any problems with this dealer. Everyone is friendly, they work in a timely manner.
