My car was having mtiple warnings for different systems all of a sudden, late on a F Yet another positive experience at the Ferman BMW service center. My car was having mtiple warnings for different systems all of a sudden, late on a Friday night Jamie got me booked for service and arranged for a loaner on a very busy Saturday morning when my main service advisor Nick Hawk was off. Nick communicated promptly Monday morning with explanation, proposed service and exact estimate. The service was done the same day and another potential issue needing attention in the near future identified. More

Tires warranty not honored. I paid for my service I was surprised that my deflated tires are not covered by the warrant bought at the beginning of the lease. I was surprised that I have to pay for my maintenance services because it is covered only for 3 years/ 36000 miles not 45000 miles as BMW was famous for. More
