Did not happen When I was checked in outside the bldg they said they would glue the panel on the drivers side door that came loose. Well that did not happen. I recently relocated to the Palm Harbor area and feel very fortunate to have the service staff at Ferman BMW handling my service needs. They have always respond expeditiously and effectively. There is always follow-up communications and when you arrive at the service entrance, someone is always there to meet you and assist you in a timely fashion. Other BMW dealers and their service departments should come to Ferman and learn from these guys, and I can name 2 service departments that I have dealt with in the past that would benefit.
