He was personable, informed and quite helpful in finding a suitable car and financing option. All personnel that subsequently interacted with were equally friendly and helpful, trying to suitably clean up the car in the absence of service personnel. Genius was great too. More

Great Service and Follow-Up The communications between the service department and myself were great. Nicholas kept me updated all along the way. There were no long delays in checking-in, getting a loaner and returning the car and checking out. All issues were addressed. There is still a part (grommet) that they needed to order, but if it's not covered by warranty I won't pay $216.00 for it, (which seems really really high). I will recommend their service department in the future. More
