I called with a tire problem and they said I could come in right away which I was not expecting. When it was discovered that I would have to wait a day for a new tire they immediately offered me a loaner car, which I also did not expect. Although I did not purchase my vehicle at Ferman’s it didn’t matter one bit. I was treated with the utmost respect and made to feel that my needs were important. More

Of particular note is maintenance team leader Stevon Budhu. Stevon’s BMW’s knowledge and maintenance skills are extraordinary.
