Worth the drive to Georgetown!! I honestly cant say enough positive things about this dealership. By far, my best experience I live over 30 km from their location and they still I honestly cant say enough positive things about this dealership. By far, my best experience I live over 30 km from their location and they still sent a shuttle for me to look at some vehicles They got me in a beautiful Mazda CX7 in 4 days. Upon pick-up of my SUV I was informed they got my interest rate lowered even more, saving me a nice chunk of change (Which is always great). Oh, and they picked me up from work to get it Mohsin and Nick went out of their way to make purchasing a vehicle as comfortable as possible for me and I would recommend them to anyone!! Another deal and fantastic help and service Recently I traded in my 2012 Rondo for a 2014 Kia Sorento and I wrote a review for that, as it was a very positive experience working with Mike and Ni Recently I traded in my 2012 Rondo for a 2014 Kia Sorento and I wrote a review for that, as it was a very positive experience working with Mike and Nick once again. Well, once again they helped my family and I out, by helping my mother purchase a slightly used car to replace her 11 year old Chrysler Intrepid. Mike was great with helping my mother get a loan for a 2012 Rondo, and not only did she get a good deal, she got MY old car lol!! Not sure how many times this has happened but, it worked out perfectly in this case. My mother always said that she really liked my Rondo when I had it, so about a week after trading it in, she wanted to look into getting something new or newer than her 2003 Chrysler, and we found out that my old car, the 2012 Rondo was still there, so we went in to talk with Mike about possibly getting a vehicle and loan approval for my mother, and he once again worked hard and got her the car she wanted. Mike is always super positive, a good listener and really zeros in on what your goals are, asks a lot of the right questions and works his tail off to make the deal work, and so far, he's two for two with our family. It's always a pleasure to deal with Mike, and in the end, bottom line is, he gets it done, and makes things happen. Thanks again for all your hard work Mike, and Nick who also helps with the financial end of things and together they've gone to bat for our family and hit a home run each time. If you're looking for a loan and you've got bad credit, or are finding it impossible to get a vehicle or loan elsewhere, give Mike (and Nick) a try at Georgetown Kia, they just might surprise you at what you can really do even in difficult financial situations etc. More

Another great deal, pulled off by a fantastic team! I recently looked into trading in my Rondo for a new 2014 Kia Sorento, and emailed the dealership or 'submitted a request for more info' on a particul I recently looked into trading in my Rondo for a new 2014 Kia Sorento, and emailed the dealership or 'submitted a request for more info' on a particular one they had on the lot. This was on this past Saturday night, and by Sunday, the next day I had been contacted by Georgetown Kia about the vehicle in question, and had a call/message from Mike Rebelo saying that he would be more than happy to look into what kind of a deal I could get for the new Sorento, and that he would get me the best possible trade in value for my used Rondo. Together with Nick Chopra, the two of them got down to business, and with a little info (they had me on file from the Rondo purchase) they had gotten back to me with a potential deal within a day, and were determined to work something out for me. On the Monday I met with Mike Rebelo for a quick test drive, and to sit down and work out the basics on what I was looking for, my goals as far as interest rate for the loan (my previous loan was a not so great interest rate as I am in the long process of rebuilding my credit, my own doing as I'm sure many others here have experienced and why they go to these guys for help, as I have three times now) and within an hour, we had a solid game plan in place, and Mike and Nick went to bat for me with the banks for a deal that would work. On Tuesday I had not heard much besides one phone call early in the day discussing various details for the loan, banks proposals for interest rates etc, down payment things etc, and then I didn't hear much the rest of the day, but Mike and Nick were hard at work hammering out a deal with the bank for me. At 10pm I got a call from Mike (it's ok, I'm a night owl lol!!!) with great news, we had a deal, the interest rate for me was cut better than in half from what I had been paying before, and not only was I going to get the exact vehicle I wanted, I got one better, a move up in class and features, with a great warranty and piece of mind coverage. I must mention that Mike was to get up very early the next day to fly out for a week's vacation in a place much warmer than this. That's right, the guy is working right through to the literal last second to get me a deal, and doesn't rest till it's done, that's dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction if I've ever seen it (never anywhere else but Georgetown Kia and with these guys!). Wednesday with Mike gone on a well deserved vacation, Nick (who was working on the deal with Mike all along) took over seamlessly and got the loan all set up, the vehicle ready for delivery, and took care of the delivery personally (which he doesn't do as much any longer as he is a manager of the guys that usually do this sort of thing) with my wife and myself on Wednesday, the next day. Now someone with good credit would expect this to be the case, such a result so quickly, but for someone like myself where the financial side of things isn't so cut and dry and easy to pull off, it's quite amazing that these guys can get you such a good deal, so quickly like they do. Not only that, but do it with a smile, with pleasure and a great personal touch. I really must say, Mike (whom I dealt with the most before the delivery day with Nick) was simply kick a** and didn't rest until he knew the deal would be a go, my goals and needs were met, and not only got the job done perfectly, but was a pleasure to deal with in every way possible. A shoutout to Brian as well, who jumped right in and kept me taken care of when I was waiting for Mike at our appointment, got the test drive vehicle ready etc, this truly is a team that works together to get the job done which ever way is needed. I would definitely recommend Georgetown Kia to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, whether your budget is high or low, good credit or bad, these guys get it done, and are not only efficient, but good people to deal with on a personal level too. I've dealt with Nick on 3 vehicles now, Mike with this most recent one, my wife with her new Soul just over a year ago, and I would again if I had to (maybe in 10 years or so guys, when my warranty is up, and I'm looking at the new 2024 models lol!). I tell everyone that asks 'where'd you get your car from?' that they should take the drive to Georgetown, because if you want to avoid the 'sharks' you get at dealers within the GTA, and want a dedicated team that will get you a deal pretty much no matter what your circumstances, Georgetown Kia is the place to go, hands down. The experience and treatment I received from Gerogetown Kia and its representative has been in honesty, one of the worst experiences of my life. It has been something I will never forget and I will never deal with this dealership or any others from the car nation family of dealerships. The amount of stress and duress I have been in these last few days was never worth the car. Never again. Hopefully my story can save a others from having to go through this. To make a very long story short - they completely screwed up my financing paper work, sold me a car without financing approved. ownership, plates insurance on the vehicle and in my name and I drove it home. The next day I was told while at work and in meetings 'till 7:00pm that I needed to provide personal financial information ( I was not told this before, not even once) for loan ( sub-prime) I told the business manager I was at work and would deal with it when I could but it probably would not be that night. The next morning the same sales manager apparently instructed by HIS BOSS, showed up at my place of work ( I had the day off) and questioned my co-workers demanding they give him my pay-stubs and a letter of employment and he wanted to speak to my boss. SO UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TO MENTION ILLEGAL. I was never told I needed to provide it until the night before, and was not given adequate time to produce the information. After he could not get any info from them he proceeded to drive to my house ( an hour away from my place of work) and tried to force me to give him my financial information at home. At that point I decided it was time to consult a lawyer. After the amount of duress, stress and infringement on my personal privacy that took place I did not want the car. Something that could have been handled in a professional diplomatic way was handled in an utter disgusting and tactless manner. I was not even offered a face-to-face apology and when I drove the car back, the sales manager who caused this mess along with the guy who sold me the car hid in the back. Shame on all of you at Georgetown Kia. More

The people at Kia Georgetown is awesome! My experience at your dealership is really amazing. The feeling I got when I first stepped in is very welcoming, the people are always smiling it gives you a feeling your dealership is really amazing. I have been there only for 3 occasions but I always feel at home every time. Thanks to Mohsin for introducing me to KIA Georgetown! I never thought buying a car can be this simple and enjoyable! And most especially I didn't get the feeling that I have been ripped off. He's a psychic because he knows the kind of vehicle that I want! Black with trimmings eh! Kudos to Nick who moved heaven and earth to make sure that I get what I want! His willingness to help me showed sincere concern in assisting their customers and to made sure I'm satisfied. Kevin completed the entire portrait of what your dealership wants to show to the public. With the right combination of different colours, in this case the people, you have made a masterpiece that is KIA Georgetown!
