I am from Northern Ontario and I was able to negotiate, come to a fantastic price, and sort everything out over the phone with Team Chrysler. I then drove to the dealer on a Saturday and the vehicle was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Everything was sorted very quickly and I was able to spend the whole day shopping before heading back north. I highly recommend Team Chrysler and Nelson for their expertise, professionalism, and no nonsense attitude. Nelson was extremely easy to reach at any time and promptly answered all my questions and alleviated any concern I had. Even after the sale was complete they demonstrated a high level of care and concern for their customers. Nelson had been in communication with my father during the sale who was not with me for the trip to Mississauga. After I left the dealer, Nelson sent my father a text notifying him that I had left the dealer and was back on the highway, which my father really appreciated. He then checked in with me again later that evening to make sure I had arrived home safely. Team Chrysler and Nelson went way above and beyond to accommodate my every need. If I were to share here every single amazing detail of my experience my post would take over the whole webpage, there was that many great little details. Thank you Nelson and Team Chrysler!! Last Monday, I saw three ecoDiesel pickups and went to check them out after work. I approached a man and asked if he worked there, he said yes and how can he help, that man was Nelson Tang. Nelson, as well as Moe and Jeff, not only took the time to help us find the proper vehicle, but the care exhibited post-purchase was exceptional. Things were scheduled to our convenience and time was taken to show us all the details of our new vehicle.
