I have never felt so easy about a dealership So where to start on how awesome this experience was. First off I live 600km away from the dealership but on advice from a friend I decided to give Corey McMullen a call. First call was what am I looking for and why. I was opting for a 1 Ton dually for my Fifth Wheel which is a 95 jayco. I was asked if that was all that I'd be using it for and yes that's it with his knowledge of the trucks and the trailer id be using he suggested going with single wheel because the dually was really way more than I'd need even though the dually was more expensive which would mean more profit he put my needs before his own ??? right there proved integrity. Secondly I've never bought a vehicle without a Co signor and in my younger years was foolish so I was terrified of how the financing would be his team of Natalia and Dave talked me through options on how to make the educated choice on how much would be reasonable to afford for myself so I wouldn't short myself and struggle they even managed to get me prime financing another ??? cause they didn't mind not making a deal if it would hurt my families financial stability. And last but far from the least the cab controls in my new 2018 ram 3500 laramie is comparable to the inner workings of a rocket ship lmao but truly they have a delivery coordinater by the name of Christina who when you come to pick up your vehicle. she takes you out and goes through the options with you so you know your vehicle before you leave where things are and how they work. I loved my experience at Leduc Chrysler and this guy will never by a vehicle anywhere else from now on. Thank you to everyone that helped me and my family make the educated choice we did. Great customer service. Staff know their product well. I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that I first saw online. Glenn Kneller answered my initial questions about the advertised vehicle and then really I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that I first saw online. Glenn Kneller answered my initial questions about the advertised vehicle and then really listened to me describe what features I needed in a vehicle. He offered information about the 3.6 V6 and the 5.7 V8, what each would do for me as a towing vehicle, and really knew his product. Glenn offered more than one option and the test drive eventually sold me the Jeep that I bought. Natalie Sotnikova and Christina Randell were great to deal with. Natalia was so straightforward and organized. Christina, like Glenn, knew her product well and was very helpful in talking with me about vehicle features. Thanks Christina for setting up my phone in the vehicle. Only issue was the detail cleaning of the vehicle. I had to ask for a stain to be removed from the back seat. Detailer still missed a coffee stain on the back seat flooring. More

Neal was very informative and didn't hide anything that we had been inquiring about for the loan on the 2016 dodge journey i was looking at getting. Didn't hide tgat it had a collision or that it needed updates and the recalls. Natalia was amazing and honest and was able to help get me my loan and very knowledgeable about the loans and unlike the previous dealership she got me it through a known bank company. Even having a few issues and learning such a new vehicle this dealership has been very helpful through and through. Will be going back here when I am ready to buy another vehicle! I am happy with the interest rate and over all price on what I will be paying for my 2016 dodge journey. More
