He provided me with my options and was honest. He demonstrated integrity and a high level of professionalism. He made me feel less like a customer and more like family. That feeling was extended through all the other staff I met and dealt with, especially the financial manager. All I can say is that I couldn't be more happy. Thank you, Steve and thank you team!
