Once I contacted Capital, it was easy to set up an appointment to drive multiple vehicles even on a Saturday. Mirnal and Craig introduced themselves the day before with a short you tube video link so we would recognize them when we arrived. We did not feel pressured to buy (other than being told that other people were looking that day at one of the vehicles we were looking at, but that's par for the course for a busy dealership). They are up front about the car fax reports on everything we looked at and all the repairs they have done on the vehicles. We drove 4 vehicles - the cars we asked about were ready and waiting for us when we got there- and I felt like they would have been happy to let us drive as many as we wanted - salesmen are not on commission. It was a pretty easy transaction overall. My only negative comment would be that the website lists a vehicle price, then a reduced price then a button to click on for an e-price. When I emailed for the e-price, they said they could probably come off the website price a little bit but they would not when we selected a vehicle, as it was already reduced in price so much. I had found a few other vehicles of similar make/model/year/mileage and this one was priced a little better so I wasn't too worried about it, but it would be disappointing if a person drove a couple of hours to get there and really needed/expected to drop the price a bit to afford the vehicle. They say they are moving towards honest pricing where the advertised price is the price and no haggling is required, which I am all for, but when you have that click for the e-price option, it implies some negotiating is still on the table. Overall, my daughter found a vehicle she was happy with in her budget and Capital has a 30-day exchange policy if she is really unhappy about her purchase, which made her feel better about making a decision too - it's a big deal for a teenager to make a choice the first time. They drove us over to an SGI office to get plates and got her a half tank of gas so she was ready to roll within a couple of hours of arriving. More

Capital Ford had the best supply bar none and their non pressure respectful sales staff were a refreshing change. We eneded up trying a number of vehicles to suit our need and when we finaly found one the finanace and sales staff outdid themselves to accomadate our needs. I highly recommend these folks for anyone looking for a great used vehicle. More

Follow up Originally I posted a bad review due to poor follow up on promises made on the purchase of a new vehicle. Since then the problems have been resolved.
