An honest dealer that seeks loyal customers We traveled from Perth to Carleton Place to this dealership because we were helped by a friendly young gentleman who works in their service department We traveled from Perth to Carleton Place to this dealership because we were helped by a friendly young gentleman who works in their service department when we broke down along side of the road (not a Kia) near Stanleyville, and he did not want anything in return for his help. As we were in the market for a new vehicle, his kindness drew us to visit them first. On our visit, it was clear that it was part of their culture to hire people like the service technician as their business model is to treat customers right in order to foster a loyal base who will bring their vehicles in for service and to repeat business when it's time to purchase another vehicle. All the staff was friendly and the experience was pleasant. I've never been so relaxed through the process of buying a car before. And I am very happy with the 2016 Kia Sorento we purchased! No pressure towards the most expensive models, Mike simply encouraged me to buy what I loved which turned out to be the Soul SX. Perth Kia was my first shopping stop. I went to other dealers in other cities but came home to Perth Kia where I am totally satisfied with sales, finance and service people.
