We emailed inquiring about the pre-owned 2013 Kia Sorento and got an immediate response from Andre Smith. The next day we popped in to have a look at the car and were greeted by Mike who welcomed us inside to chat about the vehicle. Mike was great! No pressure, lots of info, and just an overall friendly manner. After Mike got us all set up, we met with Peter to do some number crunching. Peter has tremendous knowledge and was able to work out an awesome deal that fit into our budget. He even offered some tips that were previously unknown to us! We have never had anyone explain our sales contract in such a thorough way before meeting Peter. When we picked up our car Mike gave us an extensive run through of all the features, functions and how they are best utilized. He really knows his stuff. Treated us like friends! This is our 5th experience buying a car and was by far the easiest, most excellent service ever! On our drive home, our old crappy van died on us and Mike arranged for it to be collected for us at no cost and they even offered us a loaner until our new car was ready. We hope Mike and Peter are still working here when we need to purchase our next Kia because this whole place makes you feel like family! Very comfortable, welcoming and friendly. An honest dealer that seeks loyal customers We traveled from Perth to Carleton Place to this dealership because we were helped by a friendly young gentleman who works in their service department We traveled from Perth to Carleton Place to this dealership because we were helped by a friendly young gentleman who works in their service department when we broke down along side of the road (not a Kia) near Stanleyville, and he did not want anything in return for his help. As we were in the market for a new vehicle, his kindness drew us to visit them first. On our visit, it was clear that it was part of their culture to hire people like the service technician as their business model is to treat customers right in order to foster a loyal base who will bring their vehicles in for service and to repeat business when it's time to purchase another vehicle. All the staff was friendly and the experience was pleasant. I've never been so relaxed through the process of buying a car before. And I am very happy with the 2016 Kia Sorento we purchased!
