Fast, courteous and repair was done as promised I have to say that Mike said the car would be repaired the same day I did not believe him knowing the work that it took to do the repair, but he prove I have to say that Mike said the car would be repaired the same day I did not believe him knowing the work that it took to do the repair, but he proved me wrong. He was courteous and professional and make from getting the rental easy to the repair being done earlier than I expected. Could not ask for more from a customer service point of view. Tints I was scheduled to drop my car off to get my windows tinted at 8 am however something came up and wasn't able to make it until after 9. Mike Natale wa I was scheduled to drop my car off to get my windows tinted at 8 am however something came up and wasn't able to make it until after 9. Mike Natale was extremely pleasant and understanding about the delay and was still able to fit me in. They set me up with a rental and kept my car overnight due to my work hours. When I arrived the next morning to pick up my car Mike recognized me right away and explained the do's and don'ts of new tints. The experience was seemless. More
